“The process was very simple and easy. Only giving 3* for two reasons. No receipt or invoice was received (only trail of payment is my own bank transaction). And asked for conveyancing pack (which cost the most) and didn't even receive it. Had to send a complaint back to the team before being sent the document???
Not worth the cost when everything should have been automated.”

“Land registry response was good but there is a dispute regarding 67 Dale Road Matlock not being the correct plans and these were 65 Dale Road so in actual fact we did not receive the correct Land Registry plans. This has been reported to Gov.Uk and is now hopefully being followed up. We didn't actually receive the correct plans or were advised when we would receive what we paid for. Still under review”
“The paperwork does not confirm if we are responsible for the fence at the rear of our property, don’t know how to find out as the property is now made up of flats with many occupants that don’t know anything about it.”
