“I have now received the paperwork from the land registry however there is still one piece of paper missing that informs that the name have now been changed to my satisfaction”

“I specifically asked for drawings that showed which boundary fences were mine to upkeep, this request was completely ignored and I was sent a plan of the house and surrounding land? (which was, frankly, quite obvious and not worth paying any money for!)”

“Yeah, I got the plan showing the outline of our property but what I really wanted was an indication of which boundaries we were responsible for, ie fencing.
At the bottom of our garden it seems there are a couple of properties butting on to our garden and fencing and I don’t know who is responsible for what.
Before I request these plans I thought our boundaries would be marked with a letter, possibly T . That’s what I was told.

We provide official copies of the title register and title plan as well as other conveyancing documents held via HM Land Registry. We do not claim or pretend to be the UK Government or HM Land Registry, this is displayed on our website and throughout our terms and conditions.
Please note that there is a key difference between the documents available from Gov.uk and ourselves. At the time of writing, as a general member of the public you are only able obtain a non-certified copy of the deeds directly with Gov.uk. In order to access certified, official copies, you are able to obtain these directly via post with Gov.uk, or via a 3rd party, such as ourselves.
The key difference between the 2 documents is that the certified copies are treated as evidence of ownership in court and in property transactions (e.g., buying/selling a house).
