“Too expensive. The plan does not contain any details on boundary fence responsibilty, etc. The Deeds dos not say whether property owned as joint tenants. A waste of money as it only contained information that we already knew.”

“Had to pay £10 to get them in an hour and £25 for documentation which is mine anyway is expensive especially for one sheet of A4. Everyone wants a piece of the public.”

“very disapointed in the information given ie who is responsible for boudaries, whether any covanents on the land and or wayleaves was not included which I was under the immpression from your web site would be. The cost of £49.90 was excesive for 4 sheets of paper which I printed off.”
“I was shocked to find that the cost of an online copy of a single registration document has risen by a factor of 8 (£3 to £24) since my previous request only a few years ago. How can that be justified when the process is entirely automatic? And also that there is seemingly no way of identifying the precise document wanted prior to buying it. And why can't the words and plan be bundled together because each is incomplete without the other. On the plus side the process was instantaneous.”

Apologies, we were unable to provide all of the requested documents as the conveyance pack was not available, a refund of £44.95 was processed immediately.
“Very quick response, but I was hoping to discover who had responsibility for the boundary to my property and the documents sent to me had no indication of this on the plan. So a bit of a waste of money really.”
