However, the individual cost for the two digitally scanned items, neither of which together would have covered an A4 page and the cost for prompt delivery is exorbitant. At half the cost I would have thought it expensive. It feels like theGovernment office is exploiting for profit basic information that is required for legal
processes and isn't really justifiable.”
“I ordered several titles and although one was correct, two items that I ordered were incorrect. The first incorrect item was the correct plan but the wrong title. This was very quickly rectified when I pointed out the error. I am trying to get the second incorrect item rectified and the Land Registry suggested sending them the location as a what3words message. I understand there is a huge backlog of work at the Land Registry and this may mean I am not getting the correct information as the information is yet to be updated.”
“The service was quick, but expensive for the information received. I wanted to know right of access through a neighbiurs garden. The property was built in 1913 and originally access was complusary because my steps went directly into my neighbours garden. This was not clarified at all. Mr Dixon”

“I tried to cancel this purchase but LR dropped a bundle of stuff on me says it’s. deeds and stuff I believe it’s still sitting there unreferenced as I don’t want it. I’ve got my own deeds”
“It is very frustrating to not find details via map. I can find details for areas of land I have an identification number for but not others. There are plots of land near me for which I want to know the ownership but cannot.”
“When requesting these documents I did not realise I was not in the Gov. site and it was only when they arrived, very quickly I might add, did my husband note you were a private organisation. What you provided I could have purchased myself for £7 per document and I may have received more information than you provided.
This was entirely my fault, I should have double checked, however the additional cost incurred through you does not appear commiserate to the time it would have taken you to find the information and send out.”
