Then I received an email saying you had further docs that might be of interest and to pay another £25 to get them. As I didnt knnow what they were, but they may have been required, I had to buy them (another £25), I then received a map showing me the boundaires, a document, I already had in my posession.
Perhaps you should consider giving more information rather than seeking monies by desception!”

“There are three options, & you don't know which one/s you want it need. We paid for two, but I can only assume one was blank/ not part of our deeds, so we paid for something that was not relevant to our deeds. There should be a better explanation of each particular part of the deeds service, to save people wasting money on something that's not there. It might be better reversing the process, in someone wants one/two/ three parts of the deeds, the Land Registry looks at each/all requested items, sees what there is in the register, then tells the purchaser what the cost will be for each/all parts of the deeds. This will be a much better service to the public.”

“The response was very quick, but we needed the Covenant of the building, which did not come with the order. The documents available did not appear to specify the covenant specifically but part of the title, which was useless for our needs.”
“I paid £69.81p for a copy of site plan that I already had. I was totally underwhelmed.
I suppose I was expecting at least a folder containing 6-8 pieces of information that I didn't already have.

“It’s fairly straightforward to use this service. Frustrating the buying an official copy at £11 is denied us. The cost of getting ‘official’ copies at nearly £25 and exactly the same without official copy on it is £7. How on earth is this fair? I may be misunderstanding however solicitors may get these official copies for £11. We all pay our taxes. I think, as an ordinary citizen and litigant in person, we are being taken advantage of by the system.”
“Yes the service was quick … not cheap, but I noticed I hadn’t received all the documents I’d asked and paid for so queried this, to be told those weren’t available and they would refund me , which they did…. But if I hadn’t asked they would not of done that so I do think they need to rethink their process a bit.”

So any help would be appreceated in getting this corrected.”
“Be careful...this is not HM Land Registry and you can easily get the same information at a fraction of the cost.
To be fair, if you read the small print it is made clear than this site is not linked to HM Land Registry - i only saw this after placing my order. In addition, there is no need to buy printed PDF versions as you are emailed the PDF files that you can easily print yourself.”
