“I went on line to find out where the Property Deeds were for the bungalow as it was with Equity Release. I got in touch with the Land Registry and they were billiant, very effient with a promt reply, I was able to print some off and they also sent a papr copie.

“I applied for a copy of my house deeds and was advised by email that the title was not in my name and given options to cancel the order or wait etc., A quick email to the conveyancing solicitor and it was an oversight on their behalf. Once registered correctly, I received an email from the Land Registry and my documents.
Great service and so glad the Land Registry people were able to advise me.”
