“I've given 4 stars service was excellent from Sophie.
One big problem was when ordering the conveyancing pack they had a system error that seemingly couldn't be fixed so know conveyancing pack ..was very awkward for a few days. Not Sophie' fault and refund has been implemented.”

“We recently paid our mortgage and wanted a copy of our updated deeds, but the copy that came through still had the building society on it and not our names. When I contacted to ask if I could have the updated copy when it was done I was told I'd have to pay again. How will I know it's been done. I can't afford to keep paying £50 each time with the hope it will have been done!”
“it would be nice if they can provide the title of the property on top of the document or as in the heading of the PDF , I have orderd nearly 8 of them and when i was going through it i realised its realy hard to keep track the name of the property that im currently looking at .”

“I have had two files - the first one over the weekend took Friday to Monday to arrive even on email. The second was virtually by return of email. The plans very small and don’t show whose responsibility boundaries are, that is no ‘T’ shown even though referred to in the written document.”
