“Although the response was quick, the plans were not true plans to my property, only the suggested boundary. Doesn’t even show neighbours land.
Don’t use this service if you are having issues with boundary fences as does not show the information.
To be honest, the £60 I paid was a waste of money.”
“I was left unsure what I actually needed to purchase. Eg do I need to additionally purchase the conveyancing pack without knowing exactly what it contains. It's a lot of money to pay for what seems to be the equivalent of a tombola ticket?”
“I asked for the documents to prove my ownership of freehold. I was then told that it best I purchased some other proof of ownership.
I paid approximately £70 and was sent 2 copies of the same documents. I should have not taken notice but felt that the Land Registry would know better. Instead it cost me more money for the same document.”

“A simple exercise to get copy deeeds. The price I think is maybe a little or even a lot higher than I thought.
They could be emailed, to save postage,envelops and staff time. this might bring the cost down a bit.
