“Poor service,employee arrived spent more time taking photos than dealing with my issue,was advised the rod in the sewer is unretrevable as he couldn't get it out,was advised my pathway would need to be removed and dig down to repair and remove rod. Welsh water arrived today and within 10 minutes of his arrival rod was removed and there is no dislodged pipe as your employee stated. Not very happy with the service I paid £114 for”

Lanes work on behalf of Thames Water our drain was blocked but Danny there technician was only interested in doing it as a private job as they get paid by Thames for call out and try to make extra money.”
