“After ordering the PC from laptop outlet I received the PC in very promptly. Then I spent 30 days struggling with the PC to work as it should. The PC came with no booklets to help.i decided the PC had faults that I could not rectify. I emailed the company informed them that I wanted to return the PC.I was emailed immediately explaining how to return the item with a return label attached.All communications were dealt with within 24 hours so the PC was returned. The company was so efficient and understanding I will therefore use them again to purchase another computer.”

“Dreadful service!! Ordered a laptop in August 2022, a day or two later I received a completely different model valued at a lot less than the one I ordered. After contacting them immediately I was told to return the laptop I received with no explanation of what had happened to the laptop I ordered or whether I'd get a replacement. The tone of their response put all the onus on me, the customer, to make sure the return was correctly done or else I may jeopardise my refund. I told them they should be refunding me first for the laptop I never received before I was obliged to return the one they sent. Went back and forward discussing this with chat advisors, emails with the warehouse manager, but they wouldn't budge, insisting I would only get a refund once they had received the laptop they sent out back, even though it was their mistake! At first they also expected me to go out of my way to return it at a drop-off point but eventually offered to collect. I tried using Paypal's moneyback guarantee to get my refund this way but they too were being difficult. They explained to me I had to send the item in my possession back first as it would be unfair for me to have both the laptop and my refund. I replied then how is it different if I send the laptop first, as Laptop Outlet would have the laptop and my money?! They didn't have an answer for that!
Eventually in October 2022 the matter was resolved, once Paypal assured me if I returned the item I had they would cover me if something went wrong with the refund.
Throughout the whole experience with Laptop Outlet they made me feel as if I was in the wrong for expecting a refund for their mistake before sending their item back. Contrast this with a purchase I made online recently, in which the correct item was sent but was faulty. I contacted the company, next day was an email with instructions on how to return and a pre-paid link to Royal Mail offering a collection from my home the following day. Simple, no fuss. This is proper customer service. Stay well away from Laptop Outlet.”

They keep telling us they are processing the refund and it’s taking them almost a month and still not money received.
