"Ordered a refurbished laptop screen from this company. It arrived with multiple gouges in the display. The box was completely untouched so this wasn't a courier problem no dents, no crushing, nothing, so this was clearly damaged before it ever left their warehouse. We have ordered this screen previously from Curry's many times before and it arrives held in position in the middle of the box, this arrived the same way so PLEASE explain to me how the gauges got there. \r\n\r\nAnd the response from customer service? An absolute joke. First they rejected thr claim because I \"reported it outside their 48-hour window\" despite their own T&Cs giving 3 days. Then, when provided photos proving the box was pristine, they suddenly pivoted to \"Customer-Induced Damage,\" with zero evidence, as if I somehow smuggled a screen gouge in myself after unwrapping it. Not once did they actually engage with the evidence I gave them. Just copy-paste excuses to avoid refunding \u00a3123.95.\r\n\r\n\r\nIf you're thinking about buying refurbished from Laptop Outlet - don't. You'll get a faulty product and a company that will bend over backwards to avoid taking responsibility for it. Appalling experience from start to finish.\r\n\r\nI have already reported them to trading standards, I suggest others do the same."
