“Laptop was fraudulently signed for by someone in the delivery chain, or was delivered to incorrect address. Customer service contacted courier after 10 days of palming me off with promises of 24-48 hour resolutions. Courier DPD also dodgy as hell not forthcoming with Proof Of Delivery.”
