“Because of the CoVid 19 shutdown, the furniture we chose and paid for, is being held til such time that the delivery can be made. Tanner had explained that the furniture could be "built" and delivered, but not brought inside. My husband and I are not able to carry heavy pieces, so we decided to just be patient. Then, I talked to Tanner who helped us select the pieces which would be a bit easier for us to handle. So, with his help, we chose the two nightstands, a storage chest and a small file cabinet to be delivered and we were able to bring them in and we love them!! Now, we REALLY are excited about the day when all of the furniture can be delivered and brought into the house! I respect that they have to follow the rules, and will wait while I dream about how nice it's going to be to have dressers, bookcases and office furniture!! I must complain about the quality of the furniture I bought, the price should have prompted me to question, but I went by the looks of the for other online and having it boxed when picked up should have been a red flag. One of the selling points was that it was America’s furniture and the brochure said made in the USA, but it was made in China. When assembling: pressed wood and lots of chips where the hardware attaches and just poor quality. I am sure the higher priced furniture must be better, for sure, but these pieces I bought I’m totally unsatisfied with, but it is what it is and I got what I paid for....kudos to your staff and quick turnaround, but in case you do not know what you are selling my caution is to look at assembles pieces before u sell online and allow this mfg to provide u with pics that are definitely touched up to make them look better”
