I call LaserShip at 4:20 pm to let them know that I didn't receive my package and they said they are going to do an investigation. They posted a picture with a box at a BLACK DOOR but my DOOR is RED. “These ppl are criminals. I've been sitting outside my door checking my delivery status from 3pm. My order mark delivered at 4:14pm and no one showed up at my door. I quickly called Lasership at 4:16 pm to tell them. I know that Crocs will replace my items but bottom line is ,this delivery company have some criminals working for them.”
“This is about the fifth or sixth time I have had an issue with LaserShip. This company is the absolute worst. I order regularly from Nespresso, and why they continue to use this company is beyond me. They are just horrible! They have delivered packages to my address numerous times, twice, I believe they were outright stolen by employees. My package would say it was delivered, yet as every other reviewer has said, it’s not at my door. Shocker! My latest delivery, again they have delivered to my address before without issue, yet this time they needed me to verify my address, which I did. You found it before idiots, now you can’t find it??? Shipment from JCPenny never arrived. Although LaserShip 'claims' they delivered it, and that was all they could do. They stated nothing was needed for investigation of the non delivered package, maybe the package was stolen, or blew away. Seriously? I recived all the other packages that day from USPS or UPS, but the LaserShip package was the 1 that blew away or was stolen? Imbeciles! LaserShip stated to contact seller that they show the package as delivered, nothing more than can do. Thankfully, JCPenny refunded $ for the never delivered merchandise, and then created a new order for it. HOWEVER, they shipped the package back out again, via LaserShip. URGH!! I assume I am never getting this package either and will have to get a 2nd refund out of JCPenny!”

“First my package was attempted to be delivered but they said they couldn't. Never gave me a reason. Then I call customer service and they say that my package will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Next thing I know I'm receiving a message saying they can't find my package to contact the seller. Worse experience ever. I reported my situation to the seller Nike and they are looking into this mishap.”

“Lasership should get 0 stars and be out of business. I placed 2 big orders with Banana Republic and they were never delivered. My building has cameras and Lasership claimed they left packages in the lobby. My leasing office checked the cameras and no one from Lasership came into building to deliver any packages. I contacted them and all they said is "contact the seller and they'll refund you, "No sir, your delivery person stole the packages" the CS representative kept saying "according to our records the packages were delivered " so there's nothing else we can do, and your case is closed. Frustrating and unbelievable to know they hire thieves. There's so many bad reviews online I cant believe this company is doing business with big retailers?

“Why Amazon continuously uses Lasership for delivering packages is beyond me. I know I'm not the only person that has had multiple mishaps with this carrier. This is the 4th or 5th time I've had to get an item either refunded or resent because they A) Claim they delivered a package they never did or B) They deliver the package incognito so by the time I realize they delivered it, my package was stolen. Why would you work as a delivery person in NYC if you don't like delivering packages? I mean I understand that it can be a hassle delivering packages to a building with multiple floors. But my building has an elevator and at the very least, BUZZ the apartment to let me know you came so I can run to the lobby and get my stuff. Before it gets stolen... like the signs in the lobby warn all carriers. And their customer service is so useless there is no point in inquiring with them. I just call Amazon customer service and they always help out. Miraculously, I don't experience this with any other carrier except Lasership. They are horrible.”

“I got an email saying my kohls package was delivered at my door well it’s not here I called laser ship they told me to call kohls which is bull cause they don’t know where it is they are not the delivery driver I’m very upset this was a birthday gift”
