I wish I can give this a zero but it’s impossible. First the company loses my package then they do not bother to tell me this. Second customer support is awful.

I order regularly from Amazon, and the only missed deliveries are packages shipped using Lasership. I don’t understand why Amazon continues to use them. If I knew Lasership was assigned to a product I wanted to purchase, I would look for another product. I understand shipping is a tough business, and occasional delivery dates can be missed. This is almost every time, and their reasons for missing deliveries aren’t truthful, which is what really annoys me. They can’t even be honest about it. I can accept an undeliverable item because of traffic, delays, too late in the evening etc., but don’t tell me a delivery was attempted but the path was blocked or inaccessible, or other phony reasons. They lie, are dishonest, and suck at what they do. They might over promise and should get out of next day delivery, they just aren’t good at it.

Lasership will know that the packages are missing and will never reach you the customer but, they train us to try to deescalate the situation and try to tell you that it will arrive in 1-2 days. It is really sad that almost every call received into customer service is to say where is my package, and if the customer is not receiving their package what are we taking pics of and how can they say delivered. Stay away from this company . Run!! A bunch of liars.

Do not use them my package has not been delivered but the status says it was with 2 different times and customer service is no help I think they are stealing the packages and customer service is covering for the drivers telling me to contact who I ordered from.

How is this company able to still EXIST! I have had the worst service. Im not sure why retailers are electing to use them for shipping services. I have started having packages deliver to my job, This company insists they had trouble locating my job which is in a high traffic area on a main street. im in the process of disputing with my credit card company,

Driver stole my package delivered my package took a picture of it and took it back I called they customer service they were absolutely no help and didn't really seem as if they cared never again

Horrible delivery service. Stores are using this company. I ordered from Bath and bodyworks and they used this company. They said they delivered package at front but I don’t have front door, it’s on side of house. We have wall windows and a and old step. Placed it open and package possible stolen. Company does not care and seem to drop it anywhere I do not have any issues with Amazon, post office, fed ex, ups Legal action needs to be done and close this company.

I ordered item way before Christmas; I got were texts saying they had attempted delivery. I ended up having the item delivered to my home; they arrived after Christmas and the package has been opened.

Lasership was delivering for me from JcPenneys….they marked my package as “delivered” with the notes…”left at side door”, we don’t have a side door!! We found the package had been left on the street and plowed in by city plows. After calling Lasership, they assured me they would find my package, but instead emailed me the next day to say “our investigation found that we delivered your package”. When I spoke with the gustomer service agent by phone when filling my claim, I was reluctant to share my email, I explained that I only wanted to be contacted by phone, they never tried by phone and of course emailed me. I am legally handicapped, I had to rely on neighbors to dig my package out of a snow bank, which I never would have even seen, but neighbors told me it was there. This company is horrible, their drivers lie, their customer service is poor. I’m not really sure why companies like JcPenneys uses them, as Penny’s was reluctant to get involved, or refund my money. Sadly, I most likely will not order online for JcPenneys because of their choice of shippers.

I would give less than a one star if possible. This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Their tracking updates are atrocious. Multiple packed stolen consecutively in the course of one week. The same products sent out again and no sign of the package. You can't even plan to be home to recieve the package because it will say it is scheduled to be delivered on a specific day but you will all the sudden get an email saying it has been delivered with the tracking updated. Even if you are able to rush home from work in the middle of the day, no package to be found. I will actively avoid ordering from any retailer that uses this service and would advise anyone else to do the same.

Package says delivered on January 28th, but I was home and nothing came.. no package and can’t get in contact with customer service 👎

I ordered from Kohls and the package was lost 😡.. after reading the other reviews, I’m convinced that my package got stolen

Terrible company! On several occasions I've had issues with their delivery - I never use them myself but some retailers I order from do. The most recent issue was the driver tossing the package onto my porch without bothering to knock. Therefore I didn't know a package had been delivered and shortly thereafter it was stolen. I have this all on video. When I called LaserShip they essentially blamed me as I didn't leave 'special instructions' to knock on the door. First off - I didn't choose them, the retailer did and so I didn't know I needed to contact them with instructions; second - what delivery person needs instructions to knock on a door? They gave me a lame excuse that it's their COVID policy to not hand off a package directly or something along those lines, but I call total BS on that. All the delivery man had to do was knock on my door then back away if he was so worried. No other delivery service I've used has this policy. They mask up, knock on the door, then walk away. LaserShip just uses this excuse as they continue to provide terrible lazy 'service'.

Every single time I get a package through this company I mean every time it’s late. I have never ever had a worst experience from a shipping company and I’ve had some bad experiences. As soon as I see shipped through laser ship I want to cancel my order. That’s just what I’ll be doing in the future.

Absolute terrible shipping company. Insane that a company like this has not been dropped as a shipping option for most places. If you know anything is shipping through them ahead of time, cancel your order, you wont end up getting it either way. 0/10 would not recommend.

Delivery worked sometimes, but when something goes wrong there seems to be nothing you can do. Package was delivered to an apartment withe the same number in another building next door. Contacted customer support, but never got an answer. Thankfully the delivery came from Amazon and they just sent it again. Not one-day shipping anymore though
