The pic showed that they delivered to another building, but left it on the side at the bottom of a staircase... not even in front of a door. If you're going to be lazy, at least try to make it look like you cared. I called customer service and spoke with a woman named Spirita who literally hung up on me after I told her there was a photo for reference. Wow. It's a wonder any supplier trusts this company.”

After missing the original delivery date the following day I wanted to track my package exactly 7:36 p.m it read delivery attempted 7:45 p.m so I guess they knew that the in the future I wouldn’t be there ! After days later I got in contact with Crocs and they sent another package on that same day I got a email that the package was delivered the day before twice 🤬🤬 . I would give no stars and this isn’t the first time !!!!”

I ordered a package from JCPenney that was shipped via LaserShip. I got an email stating that the package was delivered and that the package was left with me. IT WAS NOT! I have the driver on our security video cameras driving past our house, turning around in the cul-de-sac, and driving back past our house without even slowing down, much less delivering a package. My husband and I were standing in the driveway when the driver drove past.
I contacted LaserShip and explained to them what had happened. They didn't care. They said that the package had been delivered and that I needed to contact the seller.
I contacted Penney's and was told that I could receive a refund and re-order the items. Not all of the items are still available, so I canceled the order. I was told that I would receive a full refund. We'll see. I'm still waiting for the credit to show up on our credit card.
If at all possible, steer clear of this shipping company. They are the worst.”

I still don't have my product, it has been in limbo for over 10 days, just going from warehouse to warehouse and no one seems to be able to give me any answers. I guarantee you one of the employees already stole it and has my product at home, that is why I keep getting the run around and no resolution in site. I will actually go a step further and consult with my attorney and pursue legal action against this miserable company...how are they still in business??? STAY AWAY FROM LASERSHIT!”

“My package was apparently delivered to my home, however we were not home. We had no notification of a delivery time. When I called JC Penny’s to check on my package, They told me to contact the carrier which I did. They informed me that no one was home, so the package was not left at the door no notification was left, so we had no idea that the package was attempted to be delivered. When I got up with Lasership, I was told that it had been sent back to Penney’s. My fear is that it will not make it back to Penny’s. This is the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with.”
