“I’ve NEVER had a good experience with LaserShip. My packages are always marked as DELIVERED when they have not been. At this point, I’m convinced that their drivers are stealing the packages and reselling the items.”
“Terrible and now Nordstrom is using them. Delivered one package 5 miles away to totally unrelated address said they couldn't deliver the other package and I have been here all day. Nordstrom says to contact them they cant do anything for 10 more days as the longest day on the range of deliver was 10 days out. Nordstrom used to be a good company the fact they are using this company to deliver says alot about where they are now.”

I really don’t want to use these words but literally we give a address for a reason so they can find out places and deliver our items but they can’t find the place like I’m so confused. “The only reason I gave this company one star is the I did not have the option of given zero stars.
The driver tried to deliver our package three times without success. All three attempts could have been successful if the driver had actually read the instructions for how to open the gate. I even left my phone number in case the driver preferred to call me instead. As a third option, I told the driver he/she could throw the package over the gate.
The driver made no attempt to follow any of the instructions and decided to take the package back to their facility located over an hour away. I filed a complaint and also spoke to a customer service person at Laser Ship. Unfortunately, the issue has still not been resolved.”
“Lasership is one of the worst delivery companies ever. I ordered two packages to both come to the same address and I only received one. I received a text message saying the package was left at the front door but nothing was ever delivered. Bootleg company. Avoid them at all costs.”

This has happened several times. They say the package is delivered and it’s not. Really every time Laser Ship has my package I never get it. I do get refunded by the seller but last time was a limited produced item and now they are out of stock so there is no way I can order it again. Their customer service truly sucks. I have emailed them several times about this and just wanted a reasonable explanation but I continue to get the same boiler plate response. “Call the seller”each time the same response. I’m sure they don’t even read the requests from us, the customer. I will be filing a complaint with the Better business bureau. And complaining to the sellers and asking them to stop using them. Oh and my guess is that their delivery drivers are stealing our packages. What I get delivered is always in high demand all they have to do is look at the label and they know where the package comes from. Again, they truly SUCK.!!!!!!!”
“Their service is straight trash. I received a package 1 month after placing my order. I reached out to the company I purchased from and it was sent within 3 days of order. When I finally received the package it was opened, the packaging cut with a sharp instrument and some items that come packaged was missing the packaging and it was not in the box at all. Liquid items had leaked all over the contents because of the missing packaging. I just got an email saying the package was delivered and if I had problems contact the seller. I ordered from this seller 5 times in a month. The onus is with this shabby company. I called the seller and told them never to ship my items through this company”
“I would give ZERO stars if it were an option. This company is a straight-up group of THIEVES. I have ordered numerous packages from Free People that LaserShi(t) claims to have delivered to my home. NOPE. Never got ANY of them ... there is no way that someone employed by their company is not stealing this stuff and selling it. Now, I have another package that Free People tells me has been shipped but LaserShi(t) claims it's still "waiting to receive it." This was an item I purchased THREE WEEKS AGO. I don't understand why major retailers continue to use this horrible company. Oh, and don't ever bother to contact them -- they never answer.”
“Laser ship is worst company when delivering packages it’s really unfortunate that this company is still in business I have ordered from Zara which uses laser all ship and also Nordstrom several times I live in Miami in a apartment building I do t l ow who is working my route but they clearly are not doing their job they leave my packages in a mail room unattended when I have my apartment number listed on shipping address everyone with directions “please deliver to apartment door” we also have a big sign in our mail room DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES IN MAIL ROOM but whoever is working for them isn’t doing their job or maybe they are stealing packages I have also tried contacting laser ship but I cannot get through to anyone literally worst company ever I have always been an online shopper but this company by far hires people who don’t know how to do their job and people who are so lazy that they just drop packages off wherever they want because they are too lazy to ride elevator to property deliver packages I hate laser ship and especially the workers who are delivering on my route”
“They're cutomer service is horrible. I have 3 packages sitting an hour away and the keep saying they need more information but I called and verified the shipping on all 3 before they even attempted the second and third. I don't think they even try because my address is not something complicated or hard to find. One of the packages I was told was lost as it's been more than a month and all of a sudden it's out for delivery but never delivered. How are these people even in business.”
“Apparently Laser Ship is the last mile shipping. I purchased items and JCP allowed this company to do their shipping. I will fire off an email to JCP later about that. They are however well aware that this company is not at all friendly to customers. So my package was delivered by a person in a civilian auto. My guess is that half of my shipment remained in her auto. I don't trust a company that has no fleet of trucks that are marked with the company name or drivers who wear uniforms, knock on doors when something is delivered or send me photo evidence of what was delivered. When I first contacted them I got a polite email (rather quick) the second and third email were not polite (also quick) and not at all helpful, no responsibility was taken Laser ship just stands by we delivered and you have no other evidence that we did not. We know this because we marked your package as delivered. I just googled this company and clicked on LaserShip reviews. I did not read the reviews. I placed my experience here then read on. All I see are one star reviews. So I do think I will look at the BBB website and see what is being said about the company there. With this many poor reviews something is rotten.”

“Every single package takes a week to be delivered after it reaches the facility which is only 30 minutes from my house. They always have an excuse for why my package will change from "out for delivery" to "exception" for days. They've lost 2 packages and wont take responsibility for anything. Worse shipping possible and I'd rather do without than go through the stress of dealing with them or their nonsense.”
“Customer service is non existent package has been stuck at shipping hub for over a month. Every attempt to call help line or facility goes to voice mail. Drove to the hub to attempt customer pick up and was ignored.”
