“Ordered an item online with a expected delivery date of 11/23. Lasership marked it as at their warehouse on 11/23, at 2:24am. Warehouse is 35 minutes from me. No delivery.
On 11/23, 11/24, 11/26, 11/27 it was scanned and entered as "Unable to complete before 5PM."
Emailed on 11/26 and no reply was given.
Called and spoke with a gentleman named Eddie on 11/29, he volunteered that it was marked "Unable to complete before 5PM" before I mentioned it. I was told it was now a "High Priority" delivery that should arrive on 11/29.
It did not.
Marked as "Unable to complete before 5PM."
Called today, 11/30, and was informed they need to "Investigate" as there was "No activity after 11/23." Investigations take "Two Business Days".
WHAT????????????
Which driver stole my item???? Why did you lie????
Why has the tracking suddenly reverted to 11/23 as the last entry?????
How do you know how long the investigation will take before you even start it????????

“My package was at the Indy facility for 6 days. That's a little extreme considering I ordered 2 weeks before Thanksgiving in order to avoid the holiday back up. The website said my package was supposed to be here yesterday. I got a notification today that my package was delivered at my door. I looked outside only for to be by my gate for any Tom, Dick and Harry to open my gate and just reach in a grab it. I will double check delivery methods before I order from any company from here on out.”

“This is America's fifth class courier. Any time your order is being delivered by Lasership, you should be have fear and trepidation in your heart.
I have had Lasership mess up deliveries in five different states I've lived in including DC. My Amazon account has been coded to disallow Lasership as a courier and every now and then another company gets conned by Lasership.
This month, Nike has been conned by Lasership. Lasership was set to deliver on 11/21 then 11/22 then 11/23 and then finally on 11/24. On 11/24 at 9:00 pm, they said it was undeliverable. Chances are, they liked what was inside and decided to steal it. This is very typical for this extremely unprofessional company.
Drivers are not trained, not professional, receive no vetting whatsoever and have frequently been caught in sneaky and tricky situations where packages are loaded at (example) 7:52 am, then out for delivery at 8:03 am, then delivered at 8:07 am despite the delivery location being over an hour from the starting point.
This company seriously needs to just burn to the ground. It is a miracle that they're still in business at this point.”

In one case they ignored simple delivery instructions and the package was stolen, in another case driver LIED stated he handed the package to my wife when we were in fact NOT home. “Just as everyone else says, package tracking says delivered on the front porch, it most definitely is not there, nor was it ever there, I live in a very rural area, a mile off of hard surface road, my neighbors can not even see us nor I them. I know they never delivered to my house. I'm still surprised that companies still use lasership for delivery of their products, it's gotta be costing them alot having to replace so many orders!!!”

“Literally have multiple videos from a security cam of them stealing packages. Driver walks out the van, puts it ont he porch, takes a picture, picks up my package and tosses it back into his car. Marked as Delivered.”
“I ordered from Macy's. Item said delivered on 21st Oct 2021 but doesn't show to whom or where. There was no delivery. I contacted later ship on Oct. 23rd no response, again on Oct. 29th no response, then again on November 5th still no response. Finally after a long wait on call, one sale representative was vague and dodging all my questions. Didn't assist me with loss of my packages. Then sent an email saying package can't be located. Has no details of when, where and how the delivery was attempted or who took the package. Absolutely nothing. They are either stealing, selling or simply not competent. They believe that the seller and buyer should suffer for their lack of professionalism and ethics. Why and how are they still in business?”
