“The guy they had deliver my package beat my dog and when he yelped he kept beating him with scanner tool. We have cameras and seen everything on video also my neighbor witnessed the whole thing. This guy should not be working there. Fed ex came today and never gave my dog a second look. My dog has never hurt anyone. This company should be closed. We reached out to them and the guy that answered the phone was rude. Pet owners be careful”
“So these idiots brought a package to my house.When my family went to see what was going on this idiot grabbed my family pet by his collar and started beating my dog repeatedly with his package scanner.With my dog screaming so load my neighbors flipped out on this idiot. After many phone calls to LaserShip and many recorded messages I finally got this Idiot Mr Gresham who assured there would be a full investigation well guess what no action and when I tried calling him back on his direct NUMBER he had changed it to the the companies recorded message which is a joke. “I would definitely NOT recommend this shipping company to anybody AT ALL. I am using a freight forwarding company V so I need the dimensions and weight of my product and I emailed their customer service email and 2 days later they said that they cannot resolve my issue.... so I called them today and it took me half an hour to get through to them. The only reason why they received a star was because the package arrived in time but other than that. The service was AWFUL.”

“This company is awful! The tracking info and expected delivery date is never accurate, I haven’t had a single order arrive on time from my last three orders. I never know what to expect/when my items will be coming, if they’re even coming at all. I truly would not recommend this company at all and hope that other companies stop working with them as well. “Absolutely terrible service with even worse customer support. It takes them longer than 72 hours to reach you back because almost all of their customers have issues. I saw the driver get out of her car, text on her phone, and leave. Then on Amazon, it said they attempted to make the delivery even though they didn't even attempt to enter my building. This company is absolutely lazy and shouldn't even be running at this point.”
“Worst service ever! 2 Packages from NORDSTROM have already gotten stolen because they leave them 'at Front Door' after closing hours of the Logistics company. Tracking history is also a disaster, never up-to-date. It is not normal to withhold a package at a servicing facility (read Lasership) for 5 days and then deliver it at night! No personal Customer Service whatsoever, just a virtual one that does not even target your concern. I won't be buying in the future from any Store that uses them.”
“An order we placed with Carter’s never arrived despite repeated assurances from Lasership that it was on its way. We finally requested a replacement order but many of the items were sold out. A current order appears to be in the same situation. The projected delivery date is August 1 but as of August 3 it has not yet left the Lasership facility. I wish Carter’s would stop using company!”

“Past driver who did not stay for long, I had delivery experience (thank God) For one thing they are in need of drivers LS does NOT do a background check. LS does not train drivers. You have to learn on your own. Was told have packages leftover -- leave in your car and bring back the next time you come in - WTH (NO check & balance) I saw many times packages inside cars and was not return back to pallet. After 1 week I was done working at LS because of the many shady things I saw and management never try to correct those issues even after I and a few other good drivers inform them what we was seeing. The use of a Car to force packages in was damaged many times right at the loading docks, not using wet bags, kicking or throwing packages - un-train drivers should not be allowed to delivery anything!
Our government needs to step in and force these subcontractors into the same strict practices as they do on the BIG Delivery companies.”
