“Never gotten my package. My package was scheduled to leave from the store and delivered to me on 6/18/2021. I never received it. My whole plan was to wear my dress for my sister that I just recently lost. And now I gotta deal with this delivery service that never give anyone their delivery package, I am already dealing with enough as it is. “The worst service I've ever received in my life they claimed to have delivered my package and I never received it. I call so they can do an investigation and nver heard back from anyone. I went back to the tracking information to notice they sent my items to the wrong address called again they told me someone was going to pick up my package and deliver it to me only no not recieve my time nor an email. 5 days later I'm told I have to contact my seller Cause they dont know where my stuff is. But I wasn't going to know this unless I called this service Always fails me and let's me down each time I'm disappointed even more”
“Do not use this company. My package Says it was delivered on June 11 at 5 AM left on front porch. Funny thing is not even open at that time. Call them this morning to ask where my package is. First was told it was delivered. When I told her no it wasn’t I have cameras which is true I’m not lying. Then she told me oh no your package is lost Now. She called me back and told me call the company and get your money back. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Keith got on the phone was a total you know what. He proceeded to tell me I’ve had enough with talking to you it’s been 40 minutes when It was only 16 minutes and seven seconds he then hung up the phone on me great customer service. I will call the company to ask to be refunded my money problem is it’s not the money it’s what was in that box that I want that can’t be replaced..”
“This is the third time Lasership has failed to deliver a package. The first time they said it was delivered when it wasn't. And now two times they have said my packages were undeliverable. WHERE ARE OUR PACKAGES GOING??? They could have left the package on our front porch or even knocked on the door because we were home all day.”

Leadership starts at the top. Perhaps, this is why Lasership rests on the bottom. Falsification of delivery dispositions seemingly runs rampant. Maybe, the ICC should take a close look at this company. Where do all those packages that were never truly delivered go? We will never know because customer service is non-existant at Lasership. l wouldn't doubt all Lasership corrspondence is generated from algorithims and artifical intelligence. There does not appear to be any human intelligence present, within the company

“They have had my package for a week and keep saying it is going to be delivered. Very frustrating. Needed the items for vacation and left today without my items thanks to Lazership. The items have sit in the same place all week. About a hour drive from me.”
“Like many people I know Lasership to be the worst delivery service in existence. Amazon unfortunately use them to deliver some packages and to this day I have never once received an Amazon package when Lasership was the courier.
I have just witnessed a lasership courier steal a package in front of my eyes. It was a reorder they stole the last one so I stupidly reordered the items on Amazon praying they would dispatch with ups they did not.
I watched the lasership courier pull up in a random car get out take a few packages out of the trunk and then promptly get back in again - sure as hell two minutes later I get a text saying lasership were unable to deliver my item as no one was home - I was standing at my window!
This happened last week and the package was never delivered - they are thieves it’s an absolute carefully organized racket; and the fools at Amazon are just paying them and turning a blind eye.
I’m boycotting Amazon till they fire these assholes - it’s just a waste of everyone’s time and money: don’t even bother trying to get lasership to redeliver save your energy your item is already long gone.”
“For over a year every Amazon Prime Delivery Order issued to Lasership has been marked “undeliverable “ with no written or documented proof. Amazon has received 5 complaints back to back but seems negligent by way of investigation on theses claims thus allowing Lasership to continue to fraudulently steal items from Amazon customers . In other words - all Amazon delivery complaints filed against Laserprint are ignored by Amazon. This has created a wealth of opportunity for Lasership delivery to get as much as they can while they can while Amazon continues to focus its priority on expanding opportunities like purchasing MGM. Amazon should have a class action suit brought against them for this .”

“I'm waiting for an underdog lawyer to take on a class action lawsuit against this company and sue them for theft! They, like everyone else has stated, claimed my packaged was scanned on the vehicle at 10:18am and left at my door at 10:19am- what Superman can get to my door in 1 minute? I called to investigate and Lasership read from a script saying they updated my tracking and did everything on their end, and I said "ok, how about let's start with breaking down to find the driver on that day and route that "delivered my bedding" and they HUNG UP ON ME. THE FBI NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY ASAP.”
“Package was moving along nicely and then it got to the destination city and sat there for a week. I called and they opened up a case. Two days later it said out for delivery, I then proceeded to go out to my porch to wait for them. I refreshed the tracking number and it says delivered at front porch. They were never here. They are thieves and falsify records. My advice is to not open a case with them and let it just sit as undelivered because if you open a case and give them the tracking number then you give them the opportunity to just falsify the record and put it in as delivered in which case you won’t be able to get a refund from sender. I work at the post office and I know with are scanners, you don’t have to have the package to scan it delivered. You just need the tracking number and you can manually enter it in and say it was delivered which is what I assume they did.”
