“This is the second time one of my amazon orders were supposed to be delivered by this company and once again I have to go through mountains to try to get my package. When you call their number you get placed on hold and then they pick up and hang up on you (I've called 6 times already). I left delivery instructions on my package and even emailed them about it yet theyre always "Unable to deliver my package". The day after, I waited outside the entire time and they didn't even bother coming, they lied and said they attempted to deliver. Emailing them is useless as well, theyre no help. I really wish amazon had an option to choose your delivery service company so that I would never have to choose Lasership.”

“Horrible company. They had my package for almost a week. Each day I would check the tracking and it would say "out for delivery" but it would never arrive! The tracking info at the end of the day would say "Delivery could not be completed - unable to leave package". I called Lasership daily inquiring about my delivery and was reassured there was no issue and that I would receive my delivery the next day. After this went on for 5 days I called them again and questioned why I was not receiving my package and they told me the driver could not find my house. They asked me for directions which I provided and I was reassured I would receive my delivery next day. Two more days went by and still no delivery and then my package was RETURNED TO SENDER. For starters my house is not difficult to find...UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon all seem to find it without issue. In addition, their customer service is a waste of time. It takes forever to get someone on the phone and once you do they have no idea where your package is and will give you BS excuses and promises.”

“Lasership drivers and dispatchers are inchaoots to deceive and steal from unsuspecting customers. Tracking information is fabricated and inaccurate. This courier service is terrible and gives retailers a bad name. I am livid that my package was lost but even more upset that I was lied to about it. “Worst delivery service ever and If I could give minus stars I would. I agree with other posters very very lazy drivers. Tracking always reads left at front door and yet pakages are left in driveway or on ground by mailbox on street for anyone to steal. One of the tracking showed delivered at front door and I never received it. Customer Service was of no help. Then package shows up 5 days later still with the original tracking info of wrong date. Today tracking showed delivered in person and it was left at bottom of driveway. Unfortunately I can't pick the shipper so the stores that use them Kohls and Carters will no longer get orders from me. Never had problems with Fedex UPS or Post Office. I guess these guys are cheaper so the stores changed shipper and you get what you pay for - Lost Customers.”
“I live in a apartment building on the 7th floor. We have a intercom for delivery services or anyone to ring up here for me to open the door for them to bring packages up. This company twice has left my items on the floor underneath the key pad. They have the laziest drivers that do not do a very good job in my opinion! If I had not received the e mail saying it was delivered someone else could have picked up what I had ordered. This is the second time this has happened with this company. They also one time said they tried to delivery it but no one was home. I am always home when I know I have a delivery. Worse delivery service ever and if I knew when I ordered something it was coming from them I wouldn't order!”
“This company said they delivered a package on 1/8/2021 at 8:08pm. I was home watching tv within view of the window the driver would have to leave package AND I have a RING camera. There is NO evidence that a package was delivered band yet this company indicated it was. I am out $134 dollars on a highly in demand item I never received.”
“Everything went wrong! My package arrived at their facility on December 31, 2020 @ 4:26am. My tracking information stated that it was to arrive that same day. Today is the 7th of January and still no package. Everyday the tracking information says the expected delivery is that date and it never arrives! “If I could rate my delivery experience a zero I would! I placed my order on 12/22/20 with Old Navy and used the expedited shipping since this was a Christmas gift for my child. As of 12/24/20 LaserShip claims they attempted to deliver but couldn’t because they needed more information. I called LaserShip and provided my phone number and where my address is considering I’m in a new development I gave them the benefit of the doubt as to why they couldn’t find my address. It’s now 12/29/20 and I don’t have my package even though lasership’s website claims they delivered on 12/28/20. I have opened an investigation to locate my packages because what’s interesting is I have a 2nd package from another company, Fabletics, that I placed an order back on 12/14/20 and lasership has been trying to deliver since 12/20/20, they claim that my address requires more information even though I have provided them with additional details of where I live at as of 12/24th when I called in reference to the old navy tracking information. All companies need to cut ties with this courier. All of lasership reviews are the same, packages claim to be delivered and customers in fact don’t have their packages so I am not the only one complaining. Now I have to wait 2 more business days for the investigation to be completed. I will be calling Old Navy & Fabletics if I don’t receive my packages. I have never experienced this before when I previously have placed orders with Old Navy and they use usps in the past. I have no problems receiving packages from other couriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. When I first moved in my residence back Nov of 2020 when the other couriers couldn’t find my address they called me and I explained how to get here. Now that it’s December my residence is now showing up in the Apple Maps and google maps so I don’t understand what the problem is?! Why is it so difficult to find my address & why can’t lasership call me when they have my number?! This company is the worst!”
“I ordered items from Fashionova in November 2020. Was meant to be delivered on 12/9/20. Suddenly delivery date changed to 12/16/20 and then to 12/21/20 and then no information as to where my order is and then 01/4/2021. I reached out to Fashionova and the couldn't tell where this package is. Contacted quadpay and as soon as this issue was escalated, Lasership wrote Quadpay that my package was delivered on the 12/18/20 and boom I got an update that my package has been delivered on 12/11/20.
Is this some time travel bullcrap? How can an order that is currently in Oklahoma waiting to get to Maryland as at 12/19/20 all of a sudden got delivered on 12/11/20?
Every business need to severe ties with this crook, lying, fraudulent courier service. I'm so frustrated cos those items were specifically placed on a black Friday for a reason. A refund will not do any justice to this injustice. This is pure robbery without arms. Do they”
“I placed an order with Williams Sonoma on December 9th. Label created December 10th. Origin scan in Orlando, Florida December 13th. Arriived at final servicing facility in Tampa, Florida December 16th. Funny thing is it scanned again as arriving at final servicing facility in Tampa,Florida on December 17th as well. It is now December 21st and I still have no package and I only live less than 30 miles from Tampa, Florida. Tracking results say estimated delivery date December 20th. Apparently Lasership has perfected time travel because I am pretty sure that December 20th was yesterday and unless you can travel back in time, there is no way to delivery a package BEFORE THE CURRENT DATE! Horrible customer service. I have sent multiple messages to NO response.”

“My package (for Christmas) arrived at their facility, which is about 45 minutes from my house) on December 11th, then apparently "lost" by December 13th. It has not been returned to the company where I made the original purchase. I find this very suspicious, and I will be checking before purchasing anything from a company that uses this shipping company in the future.”
