“Nothing new here—my packaged was delivered to the wrong building entirely. The delivery person even uploaded a picture of someone else’s door to “prove” my package was delivered. Not even the right building! No information from Lasership unless I call, just emails telling me my “case has been resolved.” Then when I finally get customer service on the line, they tell me it’s my problem to contact the seller. What a scam”

I ordered of fashion nova they damaged my package the first time, fashion nova gave me a refund I received that one on time, I ordered again off fashion nova my package has not been updated in transit whatsoever! My husband purchased a limited edition Nike shoe for our toddler as a Christmas gift. On Sunday evening he was notified they were “delivered” but when he went to get them, they were nowhere to be found. We were home all day, so there is no way we missed the “delivery”. The photo my husband received as “proof” of “delivery” was at a door that had the same house address conveniently in view in view, but it was with out a doubt not our door as it was a different color. Which means these people went above and beyond to to try to cover their theft. They literally stole a Christmas gift from a baby. Only a lowlife would do such terrible, evil thing.
If you are considering using Lasership as a delivery service, you have a better chance of getting your packages delivered by the freaking Grinch that stole Christmas.

Here's what you do, email lasership, take screenshots. Then email the company utilizing lasership take screenshots if they wont compensate you for your loss. Then contact your bank and dispute the charges. You will get your money back.
I immediately cancel all orders from now on when I see they're using lasership to delever my package.”
“Very poor customer service! I tracked my package all day. If I had not been tracking consistently, I would not have known my package was delivered. Driver did not knock or ring my doorbell, just left a very expensive package at my front door. Thankfully, I have trustworthy neighbors and don't worry too much about theft. Just wish the delivery driver felt the same!”
“If I could leave 0 stars I would. Lasership is horrible. I ordered my package off of bodybuilding.com and it’s been a week. Customer service people don’t do anything for you and sound like they’re sketchy. I hate that they’re used as a shipping company. “Drivers still stuff the warehouse out Kennesaw GA hold all your walmart.com items and lie about delays so you can contact walmart get a refund and usually keep the items for free. “I wish I can give zero stars for this company. Had perishable items that was shipped using this company. Horrible customer service. They have no idea on the status of their packages. Was lied too on more than one occasion, or more likely, the driver lied to the customer service rep who was talking to me. Bottom line, no delivery after two days and more than one phone stating no issues and would be delivered. Failed deliver is all they can tell me but no other reason. Home all day thanks to COVID-19 telework and multiple phone calls (oh, the drive had my cell phone just in case there were any issues). I live in a town, not in any area that is hard to locate.”
“If you have a package being delivered, keep your fingers crossed til you actually get it. They delivered my package elsewhere then told me contact the seller for a refund, but failed to tell me what actions they were taking for their role in me not receiving my package. Sorriest package carriers by far! If I could get them out of business I would.”
“My package said it was delivered but I could not find it. I waited the 24 hours and called Wal-Mart. The item was resent. It was scanned that it was delivered at 12pm. I checked 15 min. later and no package. I did find out what happened with the first package. It was placed in my US mailbox (which is illegal to do). My carrier found the package and took it to the post office. They said this happens frequently. They wanted me to pay $5.30 to have the package delivered. I told them to send it back as I was not paying for it. I am getting a refund because the order cannot be sent out a third time.”

I contacted your customer svc on 2 occasions & both said there was a problem as there were more scans after the delivery date. Both reps said a ticket was started to follow up on the pkg & would be emailed to me to keep me posted. I have NOT gotten such emails. Your company has a bad reputation for doing this.I filed a complaint w/Amazon also.”
