“I ordered from a company that utilizes Lasership as a delivery carrier in Michigan. I have been expecting 4 packages for the past 3 weeks. Lasership has not delivered any of packages. However, on Lasership website it indicates that my packages are loaded onto their trucks and on its way to me. By the end of the day it changes to:
DELIVERY COULD NOT BE COMPLETED - UNABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO DELIVER PACKAGE. This message has been displayed for a week now. I’ve contacted the headquarters in Virginia. The customer service representatives are clueless. I have been guaranteed that I would receive my packages by October 15th, 2020. They have stated that they started a claim however each time I call the representative can’t find the existing claim and “starts a new claim”. Yesterday, while trying to find a solution I was told I could not pick my packages up from the Michigan’s facility. In addition to the representative lied and told me he needed all four of my packages tracking numbers to look into the issue. He wouldn’t look me up by last name and Zip code like the previous representatives has.
I’m losing complete hope that I will receive my packages or my money back. I even contacted Lasership on their Facebook page. Lasership responded but they still have not contacted me about a resolution. I have a gut feeling that my items were stolen from Lasership. On October 16th, they falsely scanned all of my packages as: YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED , Left At: Front Door. My packages were not delivered. I called Lasership immediately, they told me it was an error scan. Which makes no sense.”
“I have had packages from Bath & Body Works delivered 3 times using LaserShip. First time, marked as delivered, never received it and BBW were unable to replace the clearance items. Second time, just dropped the package off at my door, did not knock and only knew it was delivered because daughter left and “BOOM”, there it was. Last time package notification came through as delivered and to click on camera icon to see where it was and “👀” it was in our general mail room for anyone to take. I’m in an apartment complex and drivers should call to let us know they are downstairs and we can either buzz them in or meet them in the foyer for the package. WORST DELIVERY CARRIER EVER!!!!!!!!”
“Terrible carrier 8 days after the EDD of delivery the package is still not with me. Every day I chexk it says in vehicle for delivery. Covid is their reason...where is my package?”
“The ABSOLUTE WORST delivery service ever! Customer service is a joke. You can email 50 times and will get 1 "automated" response. They lost my package after delivering it to the wrong address. I told them 4 times the new address and now my package is non existent. Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE!”
“My package was left outside of my apartment building!! I guess the couple seconds it would’ve taken them to open the door and put my package in front of my apt door was too much for them. This is the second time this has happened. They are the worst!!”
“3 Times Nordstroms has shipped my items via Lasership. I live 1/2 mile off the road-my driveway is paved. We have a large inscribed stone by the road. My package was placed on the stone-1/2 mile from my front door. The second delivery was placed in the grass-50 feet from my door. Yesterday’s package was placed in our driveway. I’ve contacted Nordstroms customer service-still delivering via laser ship. Tomorrow I’m calling Nordstroms corporate-tired of inferior services.”
“Lasership twice claimed to attempt delivery. It was a lot of B?S. The third time i was with my front door open and sitting outside when i received a message at 10 pm saying that the pachage has been left in my front door or my porche at 9:13 pm..
That really ticked me off. I called amazon inmediately and told them that in the future i do not want lasership to deliver any of my packages.
I think the driver stole the package and let me holding the bag.
To me that is the worse delivery company and if amazon continues to use them for delivery they will loose to walmart..”
“Every time I was expecting a package from mailed by Lasership, I can guarantee I WILL NEVER RECEIVE it!!! When I called their customer service, I guarantee I would get a earful with their unprofessional screaming in my ear without getting any information of the whereabouts of my packages!!!

“CARELESS & USELESS!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered 2 packages from Fashion Nova which was scheduled to arrive the same day. As soon as I received a notification saying that it was left at my front door, I went outside to check and saw that only one package was left and the other is nowhere to be found. I contacted customer service and was told that they investigated and my package was delivered... but where is it??? This is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and completely unacceptable!!! “NEVER EVER ORDER FROM A COMPANY THAT USES LASERSHIP YOU WONT GET YOUR PACKAGE. I ordered something from Urban Outfitters, it made it to their facility very fast, it then stayed at their facility for 13 days. I called the customer service, was on hold for a very long time, talked to three different people all assuring me that they didn’t know why it was being held and that it would be shipped out in the morning. It wasn’t. Called back the next day and changed the address thinking that may be the issue- was assured it would be shipped that day. It was not. Next day I check the tracking information and it says it’s being shipped back to the sender. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY”
“I ordered a package three carters whom third party delivery unfortunately was lasher ship . The first time I was suppose to receive the package I didn’t due to the fact they didn’t have my apartment number which i did give them . So they emailed me back staying they would deliver it again the next day . Next day came I was at home the ENTIRE DAY THE TRACKING NUMBER SAID DELIVERED AT MY DOOR WHICH I NEVER GOT . Now I am waiting on a call from management at 9:36 PM on why my kids packages said delivered.”
“This company should not be in business. First time I've ever even heard of this delivery service and they happen to have been delivering my order at the time. I got a notification via Walmart (the place where I ordered from) saying that they delivered my package and so I go out to look for it and it's nowhere to be found. I contacted LaserShip and sent in a complaint about my missing package, and they never got back to me. I then had to go through the trouble of contacting Walmart to replace my lost items only to find out they could only reship some of them and refund me for the rest. I was not happy about this. I got curious and googled reviews for LaserShip and found out that a lot of people do NOT like this delivery company and I can see why.”
“I ordered on sephora who uses lasership. (I didn't know before ordering) My lasership tracker said my item was out for delivery in a town over 60 miles from my address. 2 hours later it said it was delivered. I havr a screened in porch with a door that makes a doorbell noise when opened. I was home and heard nothing. My item was not delivered. I called during business hours and got a generic voice-mail like someones cell phone voice. It didn't even have the companies name on the voice-mail. Thankfully I'm getting full refund. Buy from ulta or small owned beauty suppliers”
