“L’ange uses a shipping company named Lasership. Lasership is a horrible shipping company. My package was scanned to its final destination facility on 6 Dec 2020. It is now 19 Dec 2020, still no package. I have contacted lasership customer service several times. They just give me the standard line, " should be delivered in 1 to 2 business days". I also contacted the final destination facility and they said they would look into it and give me a call back with a status. Its been 5 days since i called and still no phone call. Each day the estimated delivery date is pushed out another day. If it makes it from Charlotte, NC to Tampa, FL in 2 days, I'm sure 13 days would be efficient time to deliver it to me. My guess, its sitting under a pile of packages at the facility, it’s lost or someone in the shipping company stole it. Bottom line, this review is PAR for this company according to every review i have seen on multiple sites going back several years. Shame on L’ange for using this company. Now my wife won’t get this Xmas present that she really wanted. I asked for a refund and still haven’t received it.”
“My order has been sitting in my home town for 5 days now and every day it says it's going to be delivered. I have yet to see it delivered. I called Ulta and they can't do anything about it at this point. Seriously you ship $300 worth of products and you can't do anything or get in contact with the shipper. Horrible.”
“I would not recommend this company at all. I placed a order from Fashion Nova in September Lasership was the carrier. I tracked my package it was transit in the state I live in. A day or two later the package was in another state. Not to long after it said delivered attempt made & my package was sent back to fashion nova. How can you make an attempt to deliver my package in another state. I order from Bath & body works Lasership said it was delivered at my front door on December 11 at 9:37pm. I’m home at that time so I check the porch & no package. I also rewind my camera back just to see they never delivered the package. Bath & body works sent me a replacement order & used Lasership again. I track the package of course it said it was delivered at my front door on December 17th at 2:37pm. Once again I’m home & rewind the camera. There was no package & no packages was delivered at my house at all that day. Do not use this company at all.”

If LaserShip is going to be delivering your packages DO NOT place the order or call the company to request a different carrier for delivery! I have had prior issues with this company not delivering my packages or delivering them days after the tracking showed it was delivered. The final straw was when my package containing several Christmas gifts that was supposed to be delivered on 12/12/20 went missing and then magically was delivered three hours after I called to inquire about the location of my package. THE PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED!!!! To make matters worse the tracking shows that items were loaded onto the vehicle at 5:08 pm and delivered to me at 5:14 pm. HOW??? Loaded onto a vehicle and delivered in six minutes from a location that is over 30 minutes away from my home. Fortunately, I have video surveillance to prove it was never delivered. I have notified Amazon of this issue and requested that any future shipments not be delivered by this carrier or I will have to cancel my prime membership.”
“Can I give this company zero stars? Ughhh!!!. My God! My package was supposedly delivered and I supposedly signed for it. I am inclined to think these delivery people are stealing these packages. This did not happen once, it happened multiple times. It begets me how major companies continue to use this company. Are they not bleeding money?”
“They said they couldn’t find my address although it was clearly marked. I called requesting they try again. Instead they returned the package to seller without trying again. Plus they answer emails days later and never could reach anyone by phone.Horrible service!!!!”
“Witnessed the driver throw the package from behind my fence. Fence has no lock on it. FedEx Amazon and UPS deliver just fine but this guy throws it and when confronted dosen't even offer an apology. Called the phone number I found for them and his superior just made excuses. Terrible service all around.”

Lasership claimed they tried to deliver it to a business but since the business was closed they could not. My address is a house. They now cannot find the order or shipping information (it says it doesn't exist?).

“Same old "losing" packages excuse. Same old auto response email saying that they're "investigating it" and it should take "2 business days". Then you'll get the "we're sorry" bit but still "looking into it". The final email will say something like "oops, can't find it, contact the seller". Meanwhile, they're enriching themselves on the back end and laughing all the way to the bank. It's a racket. Look them up. Greenbriar Equity Group, a private equity firm, took them over in 2018. Did that make a difference in the corruption and bad business practices? Doesn't appear so. Looked up "Lasership" on Wikipedia. There's a section called "Disputes and settlements: Package tossing, property damage, and theft".
It's all there, proof with video surveillance, news reports, complaints and settlements. It's amazing how they still operate as a business and the criminal behavior continues unabated.”
“They would say your item was delivered and there is nothing there. Many time I had to call the shipper of multiple companies about laser ship because sometimes it hard to get your money back when tracking says delivered but you never received it. I used amazon and fashionova and when ever they ship with laser ship I either don’t get my package. It’s left out side somewhere or they lie and say I’m not home. This company is horrible try to stay away or contact the companies your purchased with to see if you can get a different carrier for your item.They customer service is horrible the guy didn’t want it Hear what I had to say since you tracking said delivered. They aren’t helpful at all.”
“Twice now they have said they have delivered an order I had to get reshipped from Sephora. And there’s no package. They delivered last night at 11:45 PM. 10:30 the first time. Nothing. “If I could leave negative stars for Lasership, I would. This company is at best a real joke. They've lost two orders from Carter's for me just within the last month. Both times, I had my Grandkids' Christmas picture outfits in them. The first time they lost my order, I had to reorder items due to the availability was gone on the items I originally ordered. After picking out new outfits, (which were not nearly as nice as the original ones), they again lost my second order! It says they delivered it by leaving it at my front door. That is a complete lie. I am disabled, I am always at my home. My Husband was also home with me on the day they claim it was delivered. We received no such order. So, I called their Customer Service number and asked why it says my order was delivered, when it definitely had not been. To which their rep told me, "I know it says it has been delivered, but you are right Mam, it has not actually been delivered." However, he could not tell me why that was the case, where my package actually currently is, or even an approximate date of when I could expect it to arrive. He only could say that he believes I should get it real soon now. Of course, Carter's is once again sold out of the items I've ordered for my Grandkids. My photo shoot is a week away, and the Grandbabies still have no outfits for the pics! Carter's seriously needs to drop this delivery company or their customers will soon be dropping them. It's extremely poor customer service.”
“Once again, laser ship has managed to “lose” a package. This time it was an old navy order who is usually really good on shipping when they use another carrier. Lasership indicated the package was “left at front door” except i have a ups store address for all my packages. Not the first time my merchandise has been absconded with. Last time it was cases of cat food from chewy. Same bs “left at front door”. Think they’re stealing stuff and selling it. NO COMPANY can continually “lose “ so many packages and merchandise without there being something shifty going on.”
