“Look at the reviews and BBB; all of the missing packages are Nordstrom, Antho, Nike, Bath and Body. The packages are missing because they end up in employee cars. Told for two weeks out for delivery, no delivery, called three times, Janelle called the "driver" "found the package" will be delivered the next day. Nope. 3 complaints, no answer. After 2 weeks got an e-mail that my package was "lost". Someone at Lasership has my Jeffrey Campbell shoes.”
“Lasership delivered a Macy's package 4 doors away! What a stupid drivet, needs to be fired. After painfully speaking w Macy's customer service, find that there was a pic taken of the "front door" dropoff. Thankfully we were able to walk the neighborhood & find it. Don't order from Macy's, as long as they use Lasership”

“Terrible customer service. They don’t even try to address the issue and help you. I lost two packages because of them. I don’t even know why they ship our package through them. There are better carriers than them. I ordered some clothes from fashion nova on June 20. It was taking too long so, I contacted fashion nova on july 5 and they said it was lost in transit and they asked me to wait for 10 more days. I contacted fashion nova again on july 16 and they told me it was delivered on June 30 and they can’t do anything about it. So disappointed.”

The customer service reps such as Ja’rrell and Jakub are rude, lazy, they don’t want to work or help customers. I wrote the BBB because this company ruined my weekend by stealing. “Our online order was shipped and reshipped using LaserShip. Neither package has ever been delivered. Their website says packages arrived final serving facility. No updates for another week. Then, the package was finally loaded onto their vehicle. Another hour later, driver experienced mechanical breakdown. No delivery, whatsoever.”
“I don’t understand why reputable companies use LaserShip to deliver their merchandise. The first package they “lost” was from Ulta. I called multiple times only to be put on hold for almost an hour or be hung up on. Their customer service is just awful! The most recent package they’ve “lost” and not delivered is now from Nike. When I track the package, it keeps saying exception and there’s a delay. Yet again, I tried calling to see if I could go pick up the package at their orla do facility but I just keep getting out on hold and told I need to call back because their system is down or because they can’t find my package in the “thousands” of boxes that need to be sorted. Both purchases were expensive items I purchased. I will not buy anything from any company that uses LaserShip ever again. These people are crooks and just unprofessional!”
