“HORIBLE! WORSE EVER!!! Three times i received an attempted delivery and i was home all day, i have security camers outside my house that proves the driver never came and dogs that would of barked if someone came to the front door. i called Laser Ship 3 times and they keep appologizing and yet i am still waiting for my package. I confirmed my address, cross streets, my cell and home number. There is no reasaon in the world that they can't find my address. Horrible service, you have to wait on hold for over 1/2 hour for someone to pick up. Amazon should stop doing business with this company!”

“The absolute WORST courier service EVER!! 8 out of 10 times, I have to contact the vendor to let them know that though it's saying the package was delivered AND signed by me, I haven't received anything NOR signed for ANYTHING!! Whoever's doing the deliveries in NYC (Brooklyn specifically), are not doing their jobs and should be penalized!! It's VERY frustrating having to deal with not receiving your package and having to either reorder or request a refund from the vendor all because the people that are delivering for this courier are not doing their jobs! I'm almost forced to believe that they are stealing my packages knowing that I'd be able to get another item or a refund from the vendor. It's not right and they need to DO BETTER!!”
“They SUCK! I have been ordering meat from Butcher Box - was supposed to be out for delivery and I never received. The next day it was supposed to be out for delivery still didn't receive it. I think it was stolen by the driver or another employee. It is being replaced by ButcherBox but what are the chances it won't happen again. I may have to cancel my meat delivery.”

“Ordered a package on amazon, says prime delivery and I will get it the next day. Package shows dropped at lasership's facility the next day, but just sits there for 3+ days, no update. I request a refund on amazon, because it's late enough you can report it lost. Within 5 minutes of that, the tracking information miraculously gets updated and says delivered yesterday. Never saw the package, doubt it actually got delivered and suspect some sort of scam with lasership / drivers pocketing money and assuming amazon will cover the refund costs. Also even if the package actually did get delivered, it said dropped at front door, which is in the middle of NYC. No other carriers ever leave stuff on the street, as a package like that is pretty much guaranteed gone within 5 mins.”

“I would rate them a 0 if I could. Every time I have had a company ship with these guys it takes close to a month to get here vs. 3-4 days at worst with anyone else, if it shows up at all. Their tracking information is never accurate and their customer service is non existent. If you are able to get someone on the phone they are clueless and rude. Going forward if I order anything and I see it is sent by Lasership I will be immediately cancelling my order.”
