“My lady several orders were a mess. Either delivered between 10 pm or midnight which left them unattended on my doorstep overnight, then more recently the package arrives at the hub ((Smyrna, GA) and just sits there for days or gets loaded on truck for delivery but does not show up for several days. The online support is a joke, each time leading back to Win where you get the same bot who was unable to assist the first time. Tickets laced do not get a response either.”

“A text claimed a package from Kohl's was delivered on the rear porch at 8:30 AM. Nothing was there. At 4:40 PM, a Kohl's box appeared on the front porch. It was empty and had been torn open. Kohl's will replace. Asked them to use different carrier this time, but service rep said she can't select a different one. I might cancel order.”
“I have had Walmart third party sellers send with LaserShip. Several times my package is left at night 100 yards from my house off property and on the side of the road. Sometimes I never receive my package. Their response is - "our records show it was delivered". They will not provide a proof of delivery photo.”

“I would give LaserShip a big fat Zero if I could! They are the worst kind of thieves who claim to deliver your package and put through bogus delivery information stating your package has been delivered when in fact it hasn't. There is no way to get through to them and when I click the link stating I have a delivery issue it says, "Please wait 72 hours after your order has been delivered before submitting a claim to ensure there wasn't a delivery issue." Well, duh, there has been a delivery issue and having to wait 72 hours or 3 days just makes it harder to solve the problem. I don't understand why companies use this shipper. My experience is the same as many other people who's reviews I read and it is incredulous they are still in business. What an abysmal company!”

“Lasership must be the rejects of all the other companies that deliver packages. Their delivery employees dont want to work never deliver and if they do its wrong. Constantly lying stating businesses are closed to not actually deliver packages. Leave packages in places that aren’t secure and safe from theft. Lasership is a Horrible company! I work at the Post Office and I was waiting for my package to be delivered all day. The delivery person had the nerve to lie and say post office was closed and they couldn’t deliver it….The time was 2:50 when they lied. The Post Office closes at 4pm I’m guessing because of the rain they didn’t want to do their job. Sadly you cant even get a response of a Responsible Business Etiquette from the company staff when you contact them. Disgusting Service”
“Lasership is an absolute disgrace 9 times out of 10 you will never see your package. Then they have the nerve to mark it as delivered and you’re searching around your property and neighborhood. I don’t even know why anyone would use them as their delivery service.”
“This company fakes their delivery attempts. I work from home and my desk is literally next to the door. I have updated my information with them 3 times over the phone with live agent and through chat. They just keep pushing my delivery back until I had to go back to uniqlo to reach out to them to actually attempt the delivery. If a company ships with Lasership be prepared to never get your order.”
