“Highly suspicious behavior---claiming to need address verification, then claiming to have attempted a delivery (despite their own tracking showing the item not having ever left their facility after being received by shipper). Zero follow up on their end after several inquiries were made as to the status of the package. At each follow up inquiry was asked to RECONFIRM address and then told by an agent that no package existed with that tracking number. When confronted with proof that a case number also existed and that that number had no issue tracking a package on their site, the employee then required RECONFIRMATION of the address and then claimed I needed to give them time to REATTEMPT despite NEVER having attempted delivery in the first place. they also will not speak to you on the phone---leaving you on hold for extreme amounts of time and forcing you to use their chat service which the reps disconnect from when they no longer want to interact despite not having addressed your issues. Btw the address they have on file has always been correct and is a business AND residential free standing USPS verified location with NO barriers to delivery (even ubereats can find it). One stroll through the BBB, reviews.io site, and reddit pages for OnTrac and its clear they're running a racket and pirating packages.”
“Placed an order with Victoria Secret on the 9th of August (Saturday) got free shipping and my order got here way before it was do. The driver was very polite what I appreciate big time. I highly recommend LaserShip out of Jessup Maryland.”
“OnTrac has got to be the worst courier service that I have ever had to deal with. I receive a lot of packages for work delivered to my home. Our landlord has signs specifically stating that no delivery trucks are allowed in the parking lot due to the wear and tear that they cause to the small, 7 space lot. (There is parking on the street that adds maybe 10 more feet from their truck to the door). They are the only courier that seems to take issue with this. When their drivers have been told to not pull into the parking lot they have been combative, insulting, and rude, repeatedly. Today I watched as a driver literally hurled my package from about 15 feet away into my door. I was not able to get his attention because hehad ear buds in and was talking to someone in the phone. I am no longer able to order from Chewy and The Gap, among other businesses because the behavior of your OnTrac delivery drivers is consistently abhorrent and dismissive. Our landlord has had to have your drivers trespassed and banned from the property due to their behavior and lack of ability to read a sign. We do let every business that we have ordered from in the past know that we can no longer order from them due to their courier being OnTrac.”
“Most companies I shop with online now use lasership/OnTrac & I usually only receive about half of my packages. They get lost in the warehouse for 1-2 weeks, then I’ll get an email saying my package was delivered when it wasn’t. They don’t take photos of proof either, so who knows where all the merchandise is ending up. I’ve had their carriers throw my packages in mud puddles in my yard, and sometimes when they do actually get delivered, the packages reek of marajuana. Getting customer service to respond is useless. You can only email, and then they take weeks to respond and just say, “your package says delivered”, even after you specify that it says delivered but you haven’t actually received your package. It is to the point now that I’ve stopped ordering online from most of my favorite retailers because they use lasershipping & it is such a hassle with awful, unreliable service. They have also delivered other people’s packages to my house on numerous occasions. I’ve had to deliver them to the proper address myself (in other zip codes) because there is no customer service to contact to come pick up those packages. I can’t understand why companies are still using them.”
“I ordered an item from AliExpress, the parcel is showing delivered but it was never there. After reading these negative comments on this courier company I'm pretty sure the delivery guy stole the parcel and marked as delivered. I don't understand how they are still in business.”

“Sucks you have to put one star, I'd put 0 if I could. Typical behavior from lasership. The absolute very worst shipping company with a bunch of thieves working for them. I have had 4 orders in the past 2 or so years that were sent with them (I ALWAYS cancel my order if I am lucky enough to notice they are the shipper before the order is "delivered") and 3 of them had issues. They would say something was delivered but wouldn't be there. 2 times I was home and neither time was the doorbell rang. Then, of course, no package would be anywhere around. Once I checked within 2 min of the "delivery" notification, no ring at the bell and no package. Now I see why that happens. A ring bell very close by to where I live caught a dirty son of a piece of garbage mother stealing packages he was supposed to be delivering. You think this is his first time, or he figured out how to do this by himself? He isn't even smart enough not to steal on camera while working with his face all in the video, he is definitely way too stupid to have came up with even a smooth brained scheme like this on his own. Cancel your order if you see it being shipped by losership and order elsewhere! Even if it's a few dollars more expensive, at least you'll actually get your item and it won't be in a pawn shop because some deadbeat scumbag like the thing in the video hocked it for 10 bucks for weed money while his baby is crying starving somewhere.”

“I've been waiting for my package to be delivered since June 2nd. Each day it's always the same thing. You have up until 8pm for it to be delivered. So then it's not delivered. It's been like this all week with the same response and answer. I can't even track to see where it's at or what time it will be delivered. This is ridiculous. If they can't do their job right, then quit. I don't believe I'll get the package. The driver will probably take it home with them. It's food and stuff in the box. Thank goodness there's no produce or dairy product in it. It wouldn't of been no more good. I don't know what possessed the company to use leadership when they can't do their job right. I'll make sure to tell the company never to use them again. At least with FedEx I never have an issue at all. Just a waiting game at the moment. I never know when I'm going to receive it.”
“My package from Nike was in the town I live in at the facility in East Hartford, and somehow it was lost before delivery or during delivery. I went to the warehouse was given barely information only “packages get lost all the time.” When they’re not even busy just sitting there doing nothing. I think they’re stealing them and marking them as stolen”
“After merging they lied to the workers,forced ICs to go under agents, then reduced our pay and then forced the workers to get paid for only one package per address opposed to every piece we scanned out. Company isn't the same an I suggest no one to ever work at the Romulus one again, watch the warehouse management as well. Main Supervisor is rude, very dismissive and there's shady practices or routes being giving to other ethnicity of the Main Supervisor which in turn they're having routes removed from Drivers that has been there for years.”

“I was concerned after seeing the reviews, but I received a text message saying it was out for delivery at about 7:30 am and my package arrived at 7:00 pm. The driver ever followed my delivery instructions. I have no complaints and my delivery on time the first time. What a relief!”

“First package was not delivered, says they delivered it at 11:30pm. Second package was reshipped and they sent it to the wrong facility so instead of it being overnight like it was supposed to be it is going to take another 3 business days if it ever gets here.”
