“A package was delivered at an unacceptably late hour. The delivery guy rang the doorbell 18 times between 10:27pm-10:30pm (the SimpliSafe doorbell kept count). My husband and I were both asleep already, as he has to get up early for work and I'm 38 weeks pregnant and need as much sleep as I can get. By 10:30pm, why couldn't it have just been delivered this morning instead? We were panicked that there was some sort of emergency happening.”

The delivery person claimed to have delivered my package on 12/21/23. at 10:27, I immediately went to check and there was no package. But there was no delivery man who entered the building between 10:00 and 11:00. Checked on cameras They do not provide any proof [ Visual Proof of Delivery ] that they delivered the package. Trying to contact customer service via phone is IMPOSSIBLE. It doesn't matter what time you call, they're always experiencing high call volume and NEVER answer. You send an e-mail, you get no reply. What is this?? This is fraud and theft like I have never experienced before. They are so dishonest and simply steal packages. I opened the case on December 21, 2023. at 11:46 Case number: ******** There was a two-day "investigation" after which they said that the package was lost and that the seller should be contacted.”
“Deliver guy threw the package against my front door. Caught it on my ring camera. The previous delivery was delivered to my neighbors house a few houses down. I filed a complaint & never got a response. My neighbor saw my address & delivered it to me, otherwise I would never have received my package. There delivery people are horrible!!!!”

This horrible company delivered the box with the last amount of product in it and marked everything as delivered. Someone needs to look into this company for theft because too many people have had packages go missing and there is no way that they could all be getting “lost” in translation.”

The funny thing is that my family was outside at the time they said the package was delivered. However, they never came to deliver the package.
