“For the seconds this month, LaserShip delivered my packages to somewhere other than my house. Yes, they include a delivery photo in their tracking but guess what? Neither photo was my front door! One order was from WalMart and the other from JC Penney. Why would these companies use such an awful, awful shipper?”
“Ordered a part for my truck from Summit Racing which is being delivered by LaserShip.
They state they tried to deliver the package to me (a business on a main road, easy address, can't miss it) at 2:02pm but they said the business was closed. It's 2:26pm and i've been sitting here staring at the door. They don't even try to deliver. Considering never ordering from Summit again if they don't dump this worthless company.”

The box is then either "retaped" with small pieces of scotch tape (laughable) or one time it was just folded over. I complained to the company I ordered from that they Lasership is stealing from them. They said they were "looking into it". Next time I order it's coming from Lasership. Really?? Are they that cheap to ship? They stole some expensive items and of course left the cheap stuff.”

“This service deserves no stars. This is at least the tenth time this year a package they supposedly delivered to me was lost or never delivered. I find that if you get an email from them saying a package was to be delivered on a prior day, you’re screwed. If two or more days have passed your package is history. It seems they can only do so many packages in a day, so if your package was supposed to be delivered two days ago. Forget it. It’s gone.”
“I ordered items from Nordstrom - 3 of which were to be delivered by LaserShip. All shipping notifications say the items have been delivered and I have not received anything.”
“A package was delivered on the porch around 9:00 at night.
The driver put the package at the front of the porch where it wasn't protected from the rain and the contents were destroyed.
We contacted the company and all they were concerned about is the package was delivered. They didn't care that the driver had put it where it could get wet.
Other companies that we've had deliver boxes will put it up towards the door where the overhang were protected from getting wet or they'll put it in a plastic bag..
The worst part of this is how the company reacts to it. They do not care that your package was ruined.
I encourage other companies not to use this company to deliver your products because of the poor delivery service and the way they take care of the end user.”
“A package that showed an expected delivery date to my home of 9/20/23 arrived at the Romulus, MI facility (15 minutes from my house) on 9/20 at 2:00am.
I have still not received it.
Today is 10/3.
I had been in communication with Lasership the week of 9/25.
I was told by them that my package was lost and received a refund from the store.
Then, on 10/1, I received an email from Nordstrom that my package had been delivered. The tracking number on Lasership's site also indicated the package was delivered on 10/1.
I never received it.
I contacted Lasership on 10/2. They said they'd investigate.
I received another email on 10/2 from the store, indicating that the package had been delivered and I would be charged for the item.
I have still not received the package and I no longer need it (the event I wanted it for already happened).
So now, I am left dealing with both Lasership and Nordstrom to try and figure out what is going on to ensure I am not charged for a dress I never received. Lasership's AI customer support via text is a pain in the butt.
They seem extremely disorganized.
I would never knowingly ship with them.
I only contacted Lasership on my own because the Nordstrom rep I was chatting with online kept told me she couldn't do anything until 10/3, which was after the date I needed the dress that was supposed to arrive by 9/23 when orders (expected delivery date, per tracking number was moved up to 9/20).
Very frustrating experience - all due to Lasership, whose location in 15 minutes from my house, who received the item at their factility at 2:00am the day it was expected to be delivered to my house. 13 days later, still no package, they told me it was lost, but at the same time are indicating that it's been delivered.

“Ordered from fashion nova and they ship through these people. Ordered 2 separate orders a day apart. Said they delivered 11:55 a.m with one package and came again at 2 p.m with second package. They lied. Was waiting neither package. They refuse to give me my money back and word up. Never order anything online without PayPal. I was in 77.00 dollars. Paypal got me my money back. Love fashion nova, but they know lazership stealing these packages. Found an article on a guy who used to work for lazership, say packages just disappear. I also talking to better business bureau, i dont think they can help, but anyway paypal have buyer protection. Never order anything online without them. Spread the word.”
“Lazership had lost 2 packages that were to be delivered on two separate days . I have contacted their website to ask for someone to contact me , I have sent emails , I have tried to use their Bot without so much as even 1 response from them . Temu has already issued a $5 per order for late delivery and on 9/12/23 if my packages are not delivered will issue a full refund . Lazership has delivered 2 other packages since they lost my other orders and has 3 more with delivery dates on the tracking app but still has not even acknowledged they lost over $300 in merchandise . I will not be ordering from Temu if Lazership /Ontrac will be delivering . Lazership/Ontrac has changed the delivery date of the lost packages from 9/9/23 and 9/10/23 to there have been no updates for delivery in 5 days. Still they have not even replied to any of my messages. I have them 1 Star because I can't find a lower choice.”

“I'm working from home all day and awaiting a particular package from Amazon. Lasership is the shipping company that is handling this delivery and for the past three days at the end of the delivery window i get a message of "Attempted Delivery" which is clearly not true because as i said i'm at home all day and keeping an eye and ear out for deliveries. No one attempted to deliver anything. This shippping company is terrible.”
