“I live in a side by side condo/ duplex ( I’m the B side, my neighbors are the A side) laser ship insists upon delivering my packages on the A side- this is beyond aggravating. YOURE DELIVERING TO THE ADDRESS! the drivers response “ I only look at the numbers””
“Package opened and resealed. Item missing and trash contents placed in box. Lasership doesn’t care and says that package was delivered with their photo of a box on the porch as proof. Worthless company with trash employees.”
“I wish I could give no stars. They are the only delivery service that always says attempt delivery but never actually deliver the order. I waited outside 3-4 hours today bcuz they said delivery by 8p and at 9:40p I received a notice that they attempted delivery at 9:15p. Straight BS IF YOU ASK ME”
“There is no way to speak to a person, they "attempt" delivery at odd hours, and then disappear. Totally useless. They can't even communicate with themselves. Utter garbage. DO not use this company, or it's partner company OnTrac.”

“On-line purchase with Zara, the courier is OnTrac, and they use LaserShip. Well, 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, prompted me to change the delivery address to my office address. Now my package is supposedly sitting at their facility pending seller's approval of the address change - which Zara told me, was sent to OnTrac. OnTrac tells me they don't see the approval yet and I get different stories each time I contact OnTrac - and Zara has been ZERO help in this situation - only that address changes are not guaranteed. Extremely frustrated because I get packages all the time without having any issues, but with Lasership, it's always a problem.”
“This is the worst company. I have had several orders with delivery through them. All have been either delayed or lost. The last 2 orders were inexplicably sent back to seller. They claim it was at the sellers request. Anthropologie assured me they do not have the ability to do this. This occured after the items were on a vehicle for 2 days on out for delivery.
The previous delivery reeked of weed so badly it need returned. I will pay any amount in shipping fees to avoid this company in the future. Their agents are rude, hang up on you and you will never receive your items.”
“When I was LaserShip was delivering my package. I looked them up on line to see who they were. After seeing all the 1 star ratings I was very nervous.
But I have to give them a 5 stars. I have a camera on my deck that picks up anything in my driveway and follows them up on to my deck. He put the package at my side door and took a picture. There driver did everything right.”
“Ordered a expensive pair of sneakers from Nike and I never got them. The driver claimed they attempted twice when they didn't. I feel disappointed that there are a lot of people who have issues with delivery and these con company still is in business. I stopped on ordering from Walmart, target and zara because they use ontrac and I never got my items”
“Upon every single occasion I have had something delivered by LaserShip, they have always managed to misdeliver my packages to the same neighbor. Luckily that neighbor is very kind and lets me pick up my packages without issue. To put it another way, I have never received my packages to my address when the order is fulfilled by LaserShip. Checking that you are delivering the packages in your care to the correct addresses is the bare minimum responsibility of a logistics company.”
“Whenever a company online uses Lasership, the packages always gets lost. Where does it go? Resale? I’ve heard way too many negative experiences, including my own.”
“Every time I get a package from laser ship/ ontrac the driver throws it at my front door. Couldn't find my package today that said delivered so I looked on my cameras, saw the driver throw my package yet again and later found it in my front yard by the street. Our packages are not frisbees!”
“They sent email stating they tired to deliver package and no one ever came to deliver the package. This upsets me very much. Finally received email stating they sent the package back to sender. I called the company and advised to please send our packages via USPS since we never have problems with them! Recommended to the company to never use Lasership again!”
“I don’t know why anyone still uses this company. If I could give them no stars, I would! The Gap uses them, & I don’t know why they would put their customers trust in this HORRIBLE company. They must be cheap. They have this shady way on contact customer service, which doesn’t allow customers to speak to a live agent. They delivered my package to the WRONG address, in the rain, when we have lockers specifically for delivery persons to leave packages in. Where’s the accountability? Thanks for delivering my grandson’s birthday clothes to someone else to wear!

“Horrible company!!!! They kept my package for days, even tho I called and messaged them several times and asked to update apartment number. When the package was finally delivered, it was delivered to a different building!!! When I tracked the package, the delivery guy uploaded a picture as a “prove of delivery” with a different door, not my door!! The customer service said: “since the package was delivered correctly”, you need to contact your seller!!! She completely ignored my comment about the picture of a door!!

“They’re horrible. Take forever and when they finally get the package to your house. On 3 separate occasions it was pouring down rain and they just left the package as far away from the door as possible not in a plastic bag or at least up close to the house!! Take some care in your work! I had to take the contents out before going in my house because the cardboard was melting!”
