I'm sorry to hear this! Do you sleep on your face or side? If so this is common. Because our bond is flexible to ensure the health and integrity of the natural lashes, when there is pressure, say from a pillow, or a bending of the lashes, instead of the natural lash being bent and possibly breaking, as it would with extensions glues, our Gossamers will simply pop off. “They came and they look like there were a returned from someone else. Missing lashes, completely dirty set. When I talked to the customer service they were simply unhelpful and rude. They treat me like I am an complete idiot and despite the pictures I sent over they kept saying it was impossible that the kit arrive that way. HORRIBLE USELESS PRODUCT, INHUMANE CUSTOMER SERVICE

“Love these lashes. I pretty much only use the bondage and keep my lashes on all of the time. The whisper light is fine for 1-2 days. These lashes make it easy to wake up and look like you’re makeup is already on. Because they go under the lash, very difficult to tell they are fake.”
