“I really love Lashify! It’s a fantastic product! However, I think they need to expand on the understanding of how the Luxe-Box works. Since it is the most accessible on the navigation bar, I had been creating a Luxe Box for each order. Little did I know I had been creating several different repeating orders. User error, I know. I should have been more cognizant. But now I have to manage several different recurring boxes, not able to cancel one until 2 orders later. I had emailed the concierge about this to no avail. I really love Lashify, but I really wish customer service was better.”

We're very sorry to hear this! Because the bond and system are very unique, a little trial and error is normal. Our bonds do not cure fully or harden like normal strip glues or extension bonds. It remains flexible. This helps to ensure the health of the natural lash remains in tact. We would love to help!

I'm sorry to hear this! Do you sleep on your face or side? If so this is common. Because our bond is flexible to ensure the health and integrity of the natural lashes, when there is pressure, say from a pillow, or a bending of the lashes, instead of the natural lash being bent and possibly breaking, as it would with extensions glues, our Gossamers will simply pop off.
