“I was super excited to receive these and had pretty high expectations after reading all the amazing reviews. they arrived in the most beautiful packaging, I was so impressed. Performance wise… They do the job but I definitely wouldn’t be wearing these every day.. I don’t like how they create an angular lash line and you can pretty clearly see the gap between the gossies and natural lash which creates a weird shadow in the sun— looks kinda cheap and trashy to me. I have read that you can reduce the look of these by wrapping the gossies around a pencil and getting your natural lashes tinted, but this all just seems like way too much work. I just want to wake up in the morning and have eyelashes. Overall, For the price you pay for these I probably wouldn’t recommend them unless you’re desperate and have exhausted all other options. I have reverted to mascara and will use these for events where I’m wearing extra makeup.”

“I do not know what happened to my order this past month. The D12 were not what I ordered at all. Not sure how they ended up in my cart. I sent a texted message and an email which both went unanswered to try to return them and get my regular order. I tried to find a phone number and couldn't get one. I have apple products so the computer call was unavailable. It isn't so much the lashes that I'm upset with it is the customer service. I have always loved the lashes and the customer service has been great previously. I know everyone is short handed but I'd like to at least see and email or text returned.”
