“I am not happy with this purchase :( I tried to apply my lashes and half of them fell off their strip before I could put the first section on my eyes!”

“I wouldn't even be writing this, but they emailed me, so here we are. I had such high hopes, such high expectations, because I wanted lashes. My lashes are pale sparse and tiny doesn't even look like I have any most of the time except with the darkest mascara. I wasn't sure I wanted to pay $150 for the control pack so I ended up buying the starter kit with toffee lashes. I could not get to the mailbox fast enough you guys and I had the Box open the second I came in the door. I took everything out of the little box before the lashes and then I pulled off the hard plastic eyeball shaped lid that held the lashes in. I realized that when I did so it pulled three of the lash pieces apart immediately. The tiny strip of glue that they used to hold them inside or maybe the pressure of the plastic on the plastic did it, I really don't know but I wasn't too deterred, but I was already heartbroken at this point. So I used the included tweezer things to try to get the rest of the lashes out and was able to get all but one more pulled out and that one actually kind of split in half long way? It's like there's a lateral strip with individual lashes put in it and then another strip of the lateral stuff across the very very bottom. And that is what came apart were those two lateral pieces so the hairs were able to just fall out. At least that's how it looked to me, not that I looked at it with a magnifying glass or anything and I am middle aged LOL that's just what it looked like from my point of view. So I continue on with what I have left and realize that they're not toffee, they are as black as you can get. So needless to say I won't be placing another order and I wish I hadn't placed this one because all it did was get my hopes up and wreck them like every other product out there.”

“What the actual heck. When I think practice I think of things to test. They were easy to apply, easy to play with and give me time to know are they gonna last. They didn’t even last on 5 hours. I guess my idea of a practice is literally practice for a week before investing. Nope they mean practice putting them on your eyes. Not worth $50 for something I cannot even use for a week. When I reached out they sent me a video as a response… I have watched every freaking video I can find! I just wanted so good lashes that I keep hearing will last a good 10 days. Obviously this isn’t Lashify”
“I had them put on by a professional lash stylist and loved the look and feel of them. But So far I’m not a fan. They fell off very easily even after putting on more bonder before bed. I really hope I can get them to stick and last. Your concept is great”
“I'm not happy with my starter kit for several reasons.
1) The dark glue is so dry it seems like it's already run out. It would be better to provide a full supply with a ring at the opening to clear off excess glue.
2) The Gossamers are nice and 10-12cm were the right size to send in the starter kit. I'd recommend labeling the Gossamers with the size on top of the disk. For a new user, this would help me create a great shape without flipping the disks over to make sure I've got the right length.
3) I used about 1/2 the Gossamers in my first application. If I use this many for each set, I'll spend about $15 per application, not including glue or glass. I think that's a lot and there are less expensive, just as effective, ways to get the same look and functionality for less.
4) The kit includes samples of Meltaway- a product to remove oil and makeup from lashes before application and glue after application. The sample is in a plastic packet- think sugar packet. When you cut the top off to dispense product, it works. But when you're done, there's no way to seal the packet. Liquid pours out from the flat bottom and there no way to stop it except propping it up- which isn't a great design idea. After the first time you try it, it's gone.
5) The fuse control wand is nice, but not easy to use when applying Gossamers. They fuse well, but Wandoms, which should reduce glue sticking, are flimsy, It's an art to get them completely on without popping the ends.
6) I ordered additional Glass, bringing my total above $150 which should have triggered free shipping, but didn't. I wrote asking for a credit but didn't receive it or a response at all.
7) The packaging is nice, but not worth the cost of the kit.
Overall, it's a disappointment.”
