“This is an absolute SCAM !! Don't order anything !! I got ripped off for $ 300 and still haven't had my order since November. If I had seen the reviews here before, I would not have ordered. And I can't even get my money back. File a complaint? Against who ? Absolutely sad.”

“They're trying to hide behind the excuse of "their American provider is having issues" Which doesn't make any sense. You pay their PayPal direct, not an American. Manged to get in touch with an old contact who used to work for them in China. They got back to me and said the company is done and has no intention of refunding anyone. They had well over a thousand orders to complete apperently. They've taken the money and ran. I was waiting for something myself, I'm out $600. I liked the couple of items I got from this company. Though, they didn't last very long. Build quality wasn't great. Shame to see them go? But, scam company who willingly copies other companies designs. Perhaps this isn't a company we should of been supporting as a community anyway. Bye bye bad company. Sorry we all fell for your scam. If they come back, I would not trust them.”

“Same problem here, ordered had to wait for three months and then they informed me they had an issue with their American partner, which is not my problem, if they want to enter into a partnership it's their choice and they have to solve this. Website is up again and I can still see my order. I would not recommend to order anything got to www.libidex.com”

“Very unprofessional company! I placed an order over 3 months ago that didn't move to production at all, and recently received an email telling me that I had to seek out my own refund with the third party company, and replace my order if I still wanted it. Anyone who runs a business knows that these things are not the responsibility of the customer, they are the responsibility of the company, regardless of whether or not business relations went sour with a manufacturer or not. I'll be surprised if this review lasts without getting deleted, but I will be posting it elsewhere for sure. Don't ever order from this company, terrible customer service, and you may or may not even get the product you paid for.”

“They used to be good but not anymore. I’ve ordered made to measure in the past and the items were perfect. This time around my items were either larger than my measurements when the garment was unstretched, or so tight that it actually LITERALLY cut off circulation to my arms. It took 4 months to receive, anc I’ve been emailing them about the problems for an entire month now. They only respond when i hassle them with multiple emails, and now they’re saying I have to pay to mail the items back even though it’s their fault? Garbage.”

“I placed my order back in early September 2020. They asked me to get back to them after 10 November and still nothing. Now I am getting emails telling me that the US holding account has my money but is refusing to pay the factory in China. I am instructed to cancel the order which is impossible as the website it down and the email account goes to the Chinese Factory! I haven’t lost as much money as some of the other customer and reviews below. This is such a disappointment as I have ordered with them before and the item was perfect! Avoid purchasing from this site.”

“Ordered for over 600 dollar! Now it looks like catfish has no faktory that make there gear, and they chip nothing and do not refund the money! Don't order from them. Big scam!”

“75 days in to an order that should have taken 45 days to arrive, they told me to call back in another 30 days to see if my items are ready for despatch ! Now Halloween, the day I wanted the outfit for an online party during Covid lockdown... Ordering on 18th August should have been early enough to get a new car delivered by end of October, let alone a couple of rubber items of clothing ! They have not responded to ANY emails since I requested a cancellation and refund !!! Now down to Barclaycard and Paypal to get my $200 back. AVOID !!!!”

“I ordered a suit back in Mid July, every time I ask about it, it gets punched back a month, now they are saying I won’t get it till late November and that exactly what they said about October almost two months ago when I first asked. Honestly if I knew it’d take half a year for an order (not even a custom one) I wouldn’t have bothered shopping with them.”

“Please believe the bad reviews. because your money is lost.and your time is waste. Better spend more money. by a better store. I am someone that have much patience. and did give this store much option to recover there mistakes.. I did order 3 times from this store and 3 times it did go wrong. people are right when they say you have to wait an eternity for your order. after that they make mistakes all the time. the First order ! they send me was not even my order. and i did have to pay myself to send it back to china. the Second order ! the seems did lose when i put this catsuit on. they told me to reply this to there builders. but do something for me was not posible because they not make much profit on this orders. then the Third order ! they made a suit not like it was on the picture on there website. and they told they could not make like this picture on there website. So maybe i am crazy to think ? but how did they get that picture on that catsuit website ? and make a better produkt makes lesser problems and more profit ? Please take bad reviews very serious. stay away from that website and PAY button. i did spend over 1000 euro and still have nothing to use.”

“Here is my emails from the company: I ordered two suits back on April 23rd 2020. Supposed to be 8 weeks. I had to keep following up with them on the deadline. This company is constant with being late on their processing/finished product times. If I don’t here back from them with a rushed response to make my order whole then I’m contacting my bank and having them give me my money back. Thank god I didn’t go through PayPal to pay cause that in itself is another problem to handle. Don’t pay with PayPal and be cautious when buying from this company. My first suit the zipper detached off the shoulder Entry, the second suit was a neck entry suit (I learnt from my mistake the first time) but then ingotnanteqr in the second suit in the seem of the shoulder area. So I had to cut off the sleeves and make it a surf suit. Again here is the emails back and forth. The top email is the last sent to the company. The bottom is the first set of emails Omg really august 14th? That’s almost 4 months since I ordered the suits. Covid 19 or not that’s along time. I don’t understand how it went from before me going on vacation and it was supposed to be sent out July 10th you said. Now it’s going to be august 14th. I just don’t get it. I’m sure it’s due to low numbers of employees because of Covid 19 and or the shipping is delayed due to small numbers of planes going to each country. I’ve never waited this long for any kind of package. That’s a whole seasons worth of time to come up with two easy designs suits. “They are a complete scam. Almost all their photos are not even from their own company. They steal designs and try to pass them off as their own. What you purchase is not what is shown in the photos. Instead you'll receive a terrible knock off that will only last a couple of uses. They purposely take so long that you can't use PayPal refund. I'm lucky I even got anything, other friends of mine have been waiting years now and just consider the money stolen. Their Etsy and other review sites are all lies. Scam user names, filled with photos lifted from other social websites. AVOID!! They are a Chinese scam site.”

“Ordered 4 months ago. No update whatsoever during that time. I contacted them 3 days ago to cancel because it's taking too long and I'm moving soon and they sent me an email to ask why I want to cancel. I replied to their email on the same day. Today I received another one from them advising that the order was shipped today and TO PLEASE ACCEPT IT even though I asked them to cancel it 3 days ago... I'm not if/when I'll receive my order but I'll look elsewhere in the future.”

“Waited 3 months for my suit to arrive. Which wasn't even a custom order it was there large which fit great when it finally arrived however the suit has now got a tare in the shoulder after the same amount of time it took to arrive. Really very annoyed with the service. One of the gloves I bought also ripped within a month. Very poor quality. Avoid.”

“I bought a custom latex suit from Latexcatfish. The suit does not fit at all, in some places it is too big, in other places it is too small. The measurements are not consistent with those which I have entered into the measurement table of Latexcatfish. I have the feeling that I got a completely wrong catsuit, I mean, he does not fit. The measurements of my body, I have taken off with a friend correctly and also asked Latexcatfish to two dimensions how exactly they should be measured. I can not understand it at all then something came out of it.”
