“I first tasted Laura's Over the Top " The I received the "Southeasr Asian" as a gift. I use it on most everything, but especially on my morning eggs and evening salads. I just ordered another container along with three more to give as gifts. Now I can't be without it. We went to Tempe to visit what we thought was a retail store. “While i absolutely love Laura's Gourmet Granola, i question whether i will order again. Shippping is incredibly slow. I have not yet received the order I placed on Dec 1. And I am now watching it bounce all over from Arizona to Texas to Pennsylvania back to Texas and back again to Pennsylvania. Not a favorable customer experience”
We appreciate your consistent support of Laura's Gourmet and understand your frustration. Your order was placed on Thanksgiving; we were closed for the holiday so our amazing employees could celebrate with family. As such, your order was packed and shipped on Monday December 1, our first day back in our facility.
USPS has been very frustrating for us as well; they're slowness in delivery on a 5 day promise is not our cup of tea either and we are as disappointed as you that they can't seem to get their act together. This holiday season seems to be extremely slow compared to past years. We certainly hope you won't hold their inability to perform against us.

Than 5 years, purchasing from a local prominent foodie grocery store. Last year I decided to buy directly from her website. Flavors and textures are consistently more pleasing to me than other brands. Her new seasonings are unique and I’m in the process of sampling them when I make omelettes for example.
