“While i absolutely love Laura's Gourmet Granola, i question whether i will order again. Shippping is incredibly slow. I have not yet received the order I placed on Dec 1. And I am now watching it bounce all over from Arizona to Texas to Pennsylvania back to Texas and back again to Pennsylvania. Not a favorable customer experience”

Your order was placed on Thanksgiving; we were closed for the holiday so our amazing employees could celebrate with family. As such, your order was packed and shipped on Monday December 1, our first day back in our facility.
USPS has been very frustrating for us as well; they're slowness in delivery on a 5 day promise is not our cup of tea either and we are as disappointed as you that they can't seem to get their act together. This holiday season seems to be extremely slow compared to past years. We certainly hope you won't hold their inability to perform against us.

“I bought all 4 flavors of the ancient grain blend and thought it overpriced for what you get. I've tried 2 flavors and so far I'm not impressed with the flavor. There isn't much flavor. I couldn't really tell the difference between the Italian and the Souteast Asian one. Just some crunchy seeds. I thought I'd try these to get more seeds and grain into my diet, but I won't be spending this much money for that.”
