“I was so happy to find LaValle flooring Inc. on the internet. I wasn’t sure if I would find my product as it has been a year sense we started this project. Long story! I absolutely love this flooring , color and texture. It’s beautiful and will send pics when we are done. The store was amazing to work with and I received my flooring much sooner than expected. “Adriana was very patient with me on trying to decide in the right flooring for my home. I absolutely love the flooring we chose!!!! We did our own installation and they helped with any questions that we had. I would highly recommend LaValle Flooring!!!”

“We hired LaValle Flooring to install our vinyl plank flooring. Matthew came out to our house with several samples and was very knowledgeable in helping pick the best floor for our needs. Norberto’s quality workmanship and attention to detail was beyond our expectations. They also took great care in removing & reinstalling the baseboards and everything was kept neat and tidy during removal of old flooring and install of new floor. I am pleased with the end result, I highly recommend LaValle Flooring.”

“The staff is SO helpful. I received so many great suggestions but felt no pressure. I got exactly what I wanted in both product and instalation. I got great example pictures from other jobs theyd put the product in which is far better than looking at stock computer generated pictures on manufacturers websites. I seriously have zero critisisms and Id consider myself to be a picky person. I will continue to use this company for future projects.”

“I can't say enough great things about LaValle Flooring! 1st the customer service is AMAZING!!!! Fast communication when I was ordering the floor. Contacted me throughout the waiting period of the flooring to be shipped. Called to set up a time for delivery, and on delivery day made numerous calls keeping us posted on timing. 2nd is pricing, they BLOW others out of the water on their great prices!!! 3rd is the flooring is BEAUTIFUL and SO EASY to install. We have used another product in another room and it didn't go so smoothly! I recommend LaValle Flooring to EVERYONE!!!”

“After shopping at the local home improvement stores for weeks we couldn't find what we were envisioning. A simple google search and LaValle came up. Still not knowing exactly what we could do in the space, but what we knew we wanted for a look, Adriana was SUPER helpful. She sent out some samples and we picked our selection. Our contractor, who typically does million-dollar homes, said the product was amazing and is even thinking about adding it to his home.”

“We would highly recommend LaValle flooring. Audriana was so helpful in helping us decide on flooring choices. They were great at communicating and kept in contact with us regarding scheduling and any changes. The work crew was reliable and showed up when they said they would. Our end result is beautiful with no complaints.”

“Lavelle did our flooring 1.5 years ago. Due to a recent flooding of our laundry room/living room I called them right away. They came out the next day gave me a estimate for insurance. Also said they were booked till January. I'm so grateful for their dedication to their customers they called and were able to fit us in. Today norberto finished our floors I'm so grateful for their commitment to their customers and all of the staff is top notch to work with. If you are looking for wonderful people and beautiful floors I highly recommend Lavelle flooring in valley city you won't be disappointed. I'm grateful to all of them.”

“We hired LaValle Flooring to install our vinyl plank flooring & carpeting in our home as part of a remodeling project. Adriana, Matthew, Norberto Jr., and Norberto Sr. were all helpful & wonderful to work with! We are very happy with the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail. Great care was used to remove & reinstall the baseboards. Work was done in a timely matter and was kept clean. LaValle Flooring did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We are so pleased with the end result!”

“I enjoyed working with Lavelle. The employees were very knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. They answered all my questions and discussed my flooring options. I was a little leery about working with a company that was out of town, but it was never an issue. They even dropped off a full box of Cali Vinyl so I could see the variety of planks in my own space without any pressure to buy. When I made my decision they delivered my order and even picked up and returned a box after the project was completed, all for FREE, never charging mileage. I would highly recommend using Lavelle for any of your flooring needs,”

“Norberto and the Lavalle Flooring team completed a complex job for us under a tight timeline - redoing both our kitchen and basement floors. The new floors look at least 1000-times better than the old ones. The craftsmanship is amazing - There are little nooks and crannies and house oddities that the Lavalle team had to craft to, and they nailed it. Also, the pre-sale conversations were helpful and not pushy - we went back and forth between luxury sheet vinyl and luxury vinyl planks a couple of times, and Norberto was helpful and patient throughout. Scheduling was flexible and met my needs perfectly - I never felt rushed. They even helped me move my some bigger items back onto the floor after they were done with the work - A+++++”
