Norberto and the Lavalle Flooring team completed a complex job for us under a tight timeline - redoing both our kitchen and basement floors. The new floors look at least 1000-times better than the old ones. The craftsmanship is amazing - There are little nooks and crannies and house oddities that the Lavalle team had to craft to, and they nailed it. Also, the pre-sale conversations were helpful and not pushy - we went back and forth between luxury sheet vinyl and luxury vinyl planks a couple of times, and Norberto was helpful and patient throughout. Scheduling was flexible and met my needs perfectly - I never felt rushed. They even helped me move my some bigger items back onto the floor after they were done with the work - A+++++
