“Be Aware that this company is not empathetic and only out for your money. You can find multiple reviews stating this same thing. So, i paid them a $2500 deposit 6 months ago. Recently, one of the people in our group broke their hip, so I told Leboat we had to cancel. I received an email that the cancellation policy is 90 days and this was day 89 (unbelievable). So, I actually owed them another non-refundable $2500. Also, no I could not change the dates. Very Heartless, even if this is their policy. I had to prove that I had sent 2 prior emails on day 92 and 91 to cancel. They agreed to this so I was only out the initial $2500. Again, in 30 years of traveling, I have never worked with an agency so unforgiving and greedy. Buyer Beware !!”
