“I bought 4 off 12V cigarette lighter socket torch for small presents at Christmas. 1 failed to charge, it was returned to Ledlenser and was replaced so quickly I didn't think the post office could work that fast. As for the torch they are ideal for those occasions where you need just a bit more light. If you leave it plugged into your car socket you will always know where it is. They are supplied with an adaptor which is not required for the standard cigarette lighter socket. Overall they are very good.”

“Dear Sir/Madam, i would love to write a review because your products are very good,but,i recently purchased a torch from you which i was very happy with. Then a week or two later i purchased another torch the frogman version which i was also happy with. Then in the post the day after i purchased the frogman torch i got my Force 4 Chandelry magazine witth the exact same torch with a price £15 cheaper!! As you can imagine i was not very happy with this. Would you like to do anything about this? Yours Stuaar Fraser.”

“Excellent customer service. I called to enquire if you could purchase, and from where, spare parts for a 2 year old P7 torch. The very courteous young lady I spoke to determined the parts I would need, then asked for my post code, which led me to think she would use that to find the nearest authorised repairer. Not so, when she had confirmed my full address she announced the parts would be posted to me, gratis. Outwith warranty repairs, I can't think of any other company I've ever dealt with that provided this level of service. Excellent product. Excellent aftercare service. I'd happily recommend LEDLENSER to anyone.”

“I have purchased eight 'Ledlenser' torches over the past 5 or 6 years, including four for which I paid the optional extra to have them engraved with names. Everything is/was perfect. Outstanding light output, and useful switching modes; very positive switching action; superb quality; excellent delivery service, and a good and informative website. The recipients were also very impressed with the quality of the engraving of their names. Not the cheapest, but they are superbly made, and will last 'for ever'. Therefore, definitely worth paying that bit extra.”

“I'm not one for filling in random reviews, but for once I am really impressed with a product (I am far too finicky!!). Initially bought a small torch for work, and was so impressed I bought a bigger one for home, as the torches I had bought from elsewhere were nowhere near the quality I wanted, but Ledlenser surpassed all my needs.”

“Very easy website to use ordering was straight forward and my items arrived within the specified time even to the Isle of Man which some firms need to take note ( have been known to wait 2 weeks for stuff to arrive ) Have no hesitation to recommend ledlenser-store anyone definatly use them again for further purchase”

“Great, quality item fast delivery. I have the torch holder for a bike. Bit of a squeeze on the drop handlebars but they do fit without the use of the rubber padding supplied.”
