“The LED Lenser wallet is undoubtedly a quality piece, however the maximum capacity of cards is not practically attainable as the closure tab is too short to achieve this goal. Everything else about it is great 👍.”

“I have a lead lenser H7Rcore head torch which I love but unfortunately broke the charger which has now been thrown out by my partner. I’m disappointed because I’ve been unable to use it for the past 3/4 months and seems impossible to get a new charger anywhere. I feel like I’m going to have to buy a new head torch which is not ideal. Thanks.”

“Really great powerful torches and the guarantee provided is excellent, no quibble. I returned a torch after 3 years and they simply replaced it with a new one. I do wish they had kept 2 things about previous torches though. The smart clip was excellent and I had 2 LED lenser torches each of which would snap on to the clip on my belt but they don't do that any more. The other thing was the X7R which was a fantastic torch with a brilliant design which wasn't round. The head was flatter so that it wouldn't roll off surfaces. Altogether though a great no quibble company selling top quality products.”

“The store is fine and delivered promptly. It cost slightly more than Amazon. I bought the T7.2 in July 2019, and by December 2021 the AAA batteries had destroyed the torch internals, as seems common, judging by Amazon reviews. So I bought the P7R figuring that the rechargeable battery would be less prone to leakage. The P7R takes a second or two to turn on (or off). Do not make my mistake and look into the bulb to see what is wrong! One is almost certain to lose the unique USB charging cable. I see how the design is good for a waterproof item, but I would prefer a standard USB port behind a waterproof door, like you get on cameras. The manual for the advanced features is very complex. I will never remember how to use the single button to browse invisible menus, so everything will stay on default.”

“I think that I messed up the engraving because when the torches turned up, they were not engraved . So I had to send them back for alteration. But they were obviously well made and I am awaiting their return. It would be nice to speak to a human being however. Diolch yn fawr as we say in Wales. Howard”

“The service I received from Outdoor 365 when purchasing my Ledlenser torch was excellent. Service was very prompt and the product came well packaged. Everything that I was expecting came and worked. The only thing that I could criticise the product on was instructions on how to use it. They are not clear and really need some work on them to make them more understandable. I consider myself reasonably savvy with technology but I have to admit I struggled with them. Having paid well over £100 for this torch I would have expected better. The torch itself is amazing and the first rechargeable one from the Ledlenser range that I have had. Light output is amazing and focus through to flood is smooth. There are various output levels that can be used and the 1400 short boost just makes daylight look an idiot! I am impressed with what is included in the package and would recommend the torch to anyone looking for a Ledlenser torch with a reasonably high output at a sensible price. If only the instructions could be made more understandable it would have been the complete package and had five stars from myself.”

“Could not fault ledlenser item wrapped well . communication Good With prompt transportation. Problem lies with Royal Mail parcel . Only the second time used and they sent parcel on tour of depots both times to arrive very late by as much as one week”
