“Good service and quick delivery times for a free delivery service. Prices are competitive. You can buy equivalent products slightly cheaper (e.g. Amazon) if you want to risk a product with Chinese instructions! I’d rather buy from a reputable source. I was impressed at how reasonably priced the accessories are. You pay for the quality of Ledlenser torches, which is quite right, but the accessories (such as laser engraving) is very reasonable. All in all a very efficient and high quality service to represent a high quality product. 10 out of 10!!!”

“The service provided by staff following an issue I've had with a torch I purchased 2 years ago has been second-to-none. You don't want anything to go wrong with something but unfortunately these things happen, and when it did, it was rectified efficiently and thoroughly!”

“Great quality and very well engineered. It not only feels good and performs exceptionally but is a delight to own. An exceptional torch gets used a lot, in the garage, in the car, looking in the kitchen for a misplaced utensil, any excuse the torch comes out. I have one on my car keys and I have one in the house, great product excellently made”
