“Outstanding customer service. I had a damaged MH10 head torch, and was asked to return the item for inspection to see what could be done. A couple of weeks later I received a completely new replacement, for which I am immensely grateful, and all this during the Coronavirus crisis. A great outcome - thanks very much.”

“My daughter needed a headtorch to use whilst working with her horses. Having purchased a H7R.2 for work and being impressed with the quality and features I decided to purchase an NEO6R for her. She says that it is a fantastic torch, easy to use and comfortable. In comparison to the cheap ones she had been buying she says it beats them all by a country mile. I would recommend to anyone buying a headtorch to buy a Ledlenser if you want a quality item that also has a fantastic warranty.”

“had problems with a torch that turned out to be a lot older than I thought. The support was very very good, with their help managed to get it working, they did offer to have it back and see what could be done but I decided that their back up was so good I`ll buy a new one !”
