“I found this torch not to be that bright and I found the battery takes time to recharge, when it is charged up the battery doesn’t last long , maximum about half an hour, very disappointing product, I’ve had led ledlenser head torches and they are fantastic.”

Hi Christopher, This does not sound right to me. All torches sold by Led Lenser Store carry a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty. Led Lenser Store will directly replace any item that is found to be damaged or faulty within 30 days of it arriving with the customer and only once the item in question has been returned to us. Beyond the first 30 days of ownership and throughout the remaining warranty period, all warranty claims will be handled by the UK distributor of Led Lenser products and you will need to contact them directly. Please email support@ledco.co.uk with the following information: 1. Torch model and serial number 2. Proof of purchase Please direct any warranty queries or issues to the above email address. “I ordered an item with express delivery as I needed it quickly. They sent me the wrong item, then expected me to return it myself before sending out the right one. Their error - for which they expected me to pay. Now have offered a discount on the next order.....good luck with that one!”

“Great store to deal with, both online and via phone. I wanted a bike mount for the MT10, which was listed as an accessory on the MT10 page so rang them up and was pointed towards the GO Pro type A mount. The MT10 is fantastic. Really impressed so far, but not used it much yet. Bought for work looking at dark corners and lofts in houses. To light up the area so I can photograph the damage.”

“I’m very happy with my purchase of a Ledlenser MT14. This is my first Ledlenser torch I’ve owned, I’ve owned a couple of other brand LED torch’s in the past, the first one I bought did very well and lasted a good three years, but the second didn’t even last a year, so I decided to make the investment and purchase the MT14. I’ve owned it for about three weeks and I’m very impressed, it has a very powerful beam, feels very good quality and it’s USB rechargeable!!! The torch is a convenient size and not to bulky. My wife and I live in our Motorhome and work as campsite wardens, so having a good torch is a definite must for us. I know it seems expensive for a torch, but having a seven year warranty does give you confidence in making the purchase.”

“Excellent service, I wanted a Ri18 torch and couldn’t do what I wanted to do on line so I phoned up and they sorted it out with no fuss, they told me they would send it out that day with my engraving all done, true to their word I had an email later that day to say it had been shipped, 2 days later it arrived.”
