“Bought a 2nd 18650 battery for my MH10 headtorch, also 5*! I had tried out cheaper and more mAh batteries, which was a waste of money. If you work nightshirt (like myself) and need a headtorch get the MH10 and a spare genuine Led Lenser 18650 battery, a wee bit more money but a big bit more quality, (silicone covers from another store)”

“This is my second torch and they are amazing. I bought my first torch when the ‘patent was pending’ some years ago and if it hadn’t been dropped quite so much it would still be working! My new torch is just as good and built to the same excellent standard.”

“Would like to thank ledlenser again for there prompt delivery, high quality rechargeable headlight, I bought my first one 5 years ago and had been used continually in that time without a fault... decided to renew it and bought 2 more of the same type... brilliant pieces of kit well worth the money and pure quality”

“I received a faulty head torch and waiting for replacement. So far the response from the team has been very good. Send me another review request when the replacement arrives and I’ll let you know! Replacement arrived and has the same problem. Passed on to a different department for advise! Grrrrr! All taking up time and energy ! Not happy”

Hi Annie, I'm sorry to hear about your problem with your Ledlenser torch. This does not sound right and we have contacted our distributor to see if there was any issue with the torches reported. You can email details of your LedLenser product and the problem to support@ledco.co.uk Depending on the problem they may be able to diagnose the problem remotely or will give you return details for repair or replacement if in warranty. “Work in the Merchant Navy so having a flashlight is imperative for my line of work. Right now I own a P3, P7.2, MT10 - all amazing flash lights in their own ways. 7 year warranty on every one. I'd never shop anywhere else. Ledlenser customer for life!”
