“The store is fine and delivered promptly. It cost slightly more than Amazon. I bought the T7.2 in July 2019, and by December 2021 the AAA batteries had destroyed the torch internals, as seems common, judging by Amazon reviews. So I bought the P7R figuring that the rechargeable battery would be less prone to leakage. The P7R takes a second or two to turn on (or off). Do not make my mistake and look into the bulb to see what is wrong! One is almost certain to lose the unique USB charging cable. I see how the design is good for a waterproof item, but I would prefer a standard USB port behind a waterproof door, like you get on cameras. The manual for the advanced features is very complex. I will never remember how to use the single button to browse invisible menus, so everything will stay on default.”

“After 3 years of great service my LEd Lenser headtorch battery clip broke. I sent it back with a request to repair and received a new torch. - Brilliant Thanks Will be back to buy again. Graham (See my online review) https://youtu.be/fxwp8__ro6w”

“Unfortunately when looking for certain battery products I found myself looking at the possibility of copies ie 18650 copies! But because I already had great service, fine products (torches 4) from ledlenser I was pleased to receive two replacement 3000mah cells so far great charged no issues but I know I can rely on them, great product”

“The torch is of good quality but smaller than expected. It is, however, complicated to use because there are so many functions all from one button. What I want is a simple but very bright torch that I can widen the range or focus down. In about 68 years of using a torch, I have never needed a strobe, pulse, blink, position or SOS or anything other than a bright light. It's useful to have the different levels of brightness but most of the rest is just complication I don't need and makes it difficult to use.”

“My partner insisted the torch he wanted HAD to be a ledlenser, so I bought him one for Christmas with an extra inspection light for work as he’s a mechanic… When he sent me a photo of our spaniels walk in the park which is pitch black by 5pm , I understood!”

“needed a new charger for ledlenser H7Rcore which is unavailable (and has been for quite a while now) so ended up buying a complete new H7Rcore costing £70 and postage which was delivered 3 days late when paid for 3 day delivery”

“Well what can I say what an amazing torch from ledlenser I had the old p7 and this just blows it out the water, I bought this for my son Christmas who’s in the Royal Navy I had a wee shot of it in the back garden, and I thought it was day time it was that bright 😆.”

“I think that I messed up the engraving because when the torches turned up, they were not engraved . So I had to send them back for alteration. But they were obviously well made and I am awaiting their return. It would be nice to speak to a human being however. Diolch yn fawr as we say in Wales. Howard”
