“I have bought many LED Lenser products over the years and expect to continue doing so, the reason being are the quality of the products, they are well built and more than up to the task I use them for. I recently bought a MH 11 head torch tu use for evening running/walking the dogs during the darker evenings. It’s not the cheapest but will last many years covered by a 7year warranty also it’s able to be operated via an LED Lenser app which allows you to access all its features via Bluetooth connection which saves you fumbling around with it when worn. The only downside I would caution prospective buyers of LED Lenser lights is to buy from a validated agent as there are cheap counterfeit versions sold over the regular internet channels which may look the same but that’s as far as it goes - I’ve been caught out with a diving torch which failed at a critical moment so only buy from outdoors 365 LEDlenser-store.co.uk to be 100% certain.”

“I purchased 2 torches 1 headlight torch and a hand held torch (P13).I have purchased LEDLENSER products some years ago and swore by them ! On receiving my latest purchase I was very disappointed in the quality of the units in particular with the switch controls, the switches seem select what ever level of light they wish and when changing light levels it does its own thing ! The 2 torches cost £117 or so ! I will definitely be looking at other torches from other manufacturers, as my colleagues have better quality units for far less money! Sorry LEDLENSER one very disappointed customer ! I thought your your products would get better not take a down hill !!!!!”

“Good service. The torch is very good. I've had two of these which are very old and whilst they are still working are not as good as they used to be. Hence the purchase. The torches are not cheap but as the last many years I feel they are excellent value for money.”

“I purchased a H8r for doing a charity night hike up Ben Nevis. I asked if i purchased one would you donate a spare incase someone else needed one which you basically said no and gave me a 10off code. It is an exspensive item to buy two of so i used the code for only one. The night went fine torch preformed well. A couple of people had issues with their head torches but i couldnt help out. The online store was easy enough to use once you have worked out what you want in a torch. Shame there isn't customer reviews on the items and the engraving option is highlighted more as i wish i seen that option as i would of purchased that.”

“Item purchased and dispatched on time, well packaged and undamaged. LED Lenser torches are as described, the power matching the specification. A great product which I should have bought in the first place rather than wasting time and money with low quality cheap imports purporting to be many lumens brighter than the lenser, when in fact they are not on the same page let alone in the same league. Thank you for a great product.”

“Great store that has mostly of LED lenser stuff. Only minus is that they do not deliver to Norway. Had to order to my Swedish address in Årjäng.”

“Ordered a torch, paid, had an email saying it had been dispatched. No torch arrives. Wait a week. Still no torch. Contact customer services, the agent apologises and asks if I would like a replacement, I say yes, the agent says no stock for 5 weeks. Now - did they ever really dispatch the torch I ordered? I think not.”
