“I bought the 7" LED Headlight + 4.5" Fog Passing Lights With Bracket Ring + Front And Rear LED Turn Signal Lights For Harley Touring Models for my 2002 Ultra Classic Electra Glide. The first problem that the kit came without any instructions or documentation. The second problem was installing the front turn signals. Each of the front turn signal lamps has three wires. There is no documentation to help match the color-coded lamp wires to the color-coded wiring harness wires to which they must be attached. Since there are six possible combinations, I tried each and found the right combination on the fifth try. The Third problem was intense static noise in the radio when the kit's lights were on. I traced it down to the headlamp after about eight hours of diagnosis. A support person told me I needed to buy the LED Wiring Harness Canbus kit. It is my belief that the LED headlamp should be made with the circuitry already included, or at least some documentation which would have saved me all of the diagnostic work. In order to get one Canbus circuit, you have to buy a pair of them, which seems unreasonable.”
“Ordered the lights for my Road King, they came pretty fast. When I attempted to install, I discovered that the headlight doesn’t fit the original basket, a new one is supplied which is poorly made, doesn’t fit well, doesn’t hold the trim ring tight to the housing and the screw location for the trim ring is at a wrong angle to accommodate the screw so without alteration, you cannot install the screw.
I sent customer service an email to explain the problem and received no response. I sent a second email 4 days later and still no response. I would definitely not recommend this company or their products.”
“I ordered a headlight and 2 fog lights for my Harley. Delivery was prompt, however one of the lights is clearly defective as at rattles inside like a phony Rolex watch. I explained the problem and asked how to get that light replaced. They emailed me back saying I need to take a picture of the rattle along with a bunch of other nonsense. I get the sense they are screwing with me. Either that, or the customer service person "David" does not understand English. If they correct the obvious customer service problem with their next email back, I'll revise this review accordingly. We'll see ...”

“Received a defective product so a little disappointed. Looks like damaged from shipping though. LED Factory Mart reviewed my emails and photos about the damage and immediately agreed to refund the payment. Always a pleasure doing business with them.”
“After making a purchase for led headlights, I was unsatisfied with the app that was required to change the colors. In addition, the lights were flickering and required another anti flicker harness. Unhappy, I wanted to simply return the product. Never completed the install and packaging all in tact.
Two weeks of attempted contact by me using the given email for support and phone number, yet nothing. No call backs or reply. Do not use them. Over priced doesn’t mean better service. Go the amazon or somewhere else.”
“first off they sent wrong rear turn signals for my 2013 ultra they offered to exchange them , still waiting on them 3 weeks after they received the incorrect ones back , the front signals are not plug and play as suggested , you have to cut and splice then in, got signals all wired in and turn signals work great too bad the marker lights just flicker when you turn them on
